“Since I moved from Dubai, I failed to find the same quality of service in London. Finally thought that those guys are the one (closest to my Dubai experience but indeed not the same) and that I would be their customer. However, my last experience wasn’t that wow at all! Non friendly staff, working by the minute regardless the quality! I hate for my manicurist to be looking at her watch every other second checking the time , throwing away my hand, working hastily as if she’s working in a factory rather than doing it with quality and devotion!! After my patience has run out of being too nice and friendly, I had to show my dissatisfaction with the pointy rough feeling of my supposedly “done” nails and asked her to do them properly. Also, very pour la forme massaging where she was just applying cream!! SERIOUSLY?!!!!!
Then I moved to get my facial threading which should include upper lips…but it’s tricky cuz simply I paid for them separately and they were not done properly! However the eyebrows lady was way nicer than the rest.
Also while I was there, I witnessed a conversation with another complaining customer and the way they were shouting at her was so irritating! Didn’t like it at all! I pay A LOT but for quality..should there be no quality, it doesn’t worth a dime of my money.
Also they overbook their appointments which end up with their staff looking continuously at their watches, checking the time, jumping here n their half make customers then come back to you to continue their work with you! An atmosphere that i wouldn’t like to experience to somewhere I should be relaxed and content”
“Sadly I will not be returning to this Salon after 3 years. There appears to be a culture where the customer is not listened too and when concerned or questions are raised they become rough and seemingly offended and conversations in their home language follow. After a long week I was looking forward to a relaxing manicure and not an covert battle with the technician. The experience left me feeling down and 2 days later the sides of 2 of my nails are sore. To add to this the service is rushed. Time to leave.”
“The service received today was unprofessional! I do not expect to pay for a service only to be spoken to like a child. The fact I was told ‘just let me speak’ whilst the lady slapped her hand with the nail file left me mortified. She didn’t give me a chance to explain what I was asking for. Continuing to raise her voice at me, the man came over and told me to come down!!! I have never felt so humiliated/belittled before in my entire life! I was even more embarrassed when the staff started speaking in their own language with each other, all I was trying to do was explain what I had requested, as I am the customer paying for the service. After being a loyal customer with yourselves I certainly will never be coming back. You have poor time management rushing customers in and out! Your business should be about quality and not quantity.”
