“What a shambles of a business bedstar and its delivery company Panther are! I bought a bed frame that should come in 3 boxes. Only 2 boxes delivered to me. Called panther, they said bedstar never sent them the third box. Called bedstar, they said panther received it but failed to scan it. I complained and got told the third box will be delivered the day after. Nothing delivered. Called again, same story. I only bought this stupid bed because of guests coming over for Christmas. Now I have to take them to a hotel. Thank you bedstar for messing up all my Christmas plans. Never again bedstar.”
