Stay away from this company!!! Courier delivery not reliable and they'll charge extra £50 for the delivery! I should have read the reviews before using them!

I am fuming. Benson's let me down last minute because the bed was damaged - but at least they had the decency to call and they agreed to cancel the sale. This allowed me to order with Bedstar for a guaranteed quick delivery…. I even rang their sales person to check that the bed I intended to order was available and could be delivered in time for my guest. I was given a time slot... they had my number but no bed, no calls and no apology. Absolutely unacceptable. I would be very surprised if the positive ratings are genuine!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I would give this company zero stars if I had the option. If you can get them to answer the phone or reply to your email you’re lucky. They’re rude and incompetent. I ordered a bed frame costing just short of £1000. They have delivered me two faulty beds. The first arrived in two completely different colours and missing half of it and the second arrived damaged on every part. They take no responsibility and don’t even apologise let alone compensate you for your wasted time. The courier service they use are awful and take no care in your home. They can’t seem to stick to deliver slots either causing so much inconvenience due to work. I had the misfortune of having to deal with Kathryn a ‘customer service rep’ just the status is insulting. She is the most ignorant and rude woman I have ever encountered. She told me she was ‘loosing the will to live’ with me over the phone. All I wanted was the bed I had paid for and for it to not have been covered in rips. Her ‘manager’ Cristina isn’t much better, she purposely won’t reply to emails until 5pm as not to deal with you. The pair of them refused to organise collection of last faulty bed until I had sent photos of it re wrapped. Even though I confirmed I would do this but had to wait until I had a second pair of hands that evening. Delaying it even further!! I now have to fight to get my refund. They shouldn’t be trading, utter shambles and so infuriating.

A disgusting customer service, only 2 out of 3 of the boxes delivered, they took our bed, we’ve had to sleep on the floor. The 3rd box should have been delivered and then we find out they haven’t even dispatched it to the couriers depot! The woman on the phone was rude and blamed the couriers but having spoken to them we know it was Bedstars fault. We spent over £1000, have had to take what will probably be 3 days off work and are sleeping on the floor with bad backs. Do not shop with them!!!

For the love of god, do not use this Company. Delayed delivery due to no stock despite them saying it was, multiple changes to delivery times, still arrived late on day of delivery, missing parts when unpackaged. Unsympathetic sales advisors and no form of compensation for all of the issues. How on earth they function as a business is beyond me. Please do not use them, there are better places to spend your hard earned money, where service is a priority.

Sadly , I did not have a good experience using this company. Firstly my bed was delivered with the wrong parts and I had to go through several hoops to get a new part delivered. Since I’ve discovered after sleeping on the mattress it is absolutely low-grade quality. Big mistake using this company will stick to John Lewis in future!

Two beds were delivered, both of them were provided with headboards that didn't fit. We employed a joiner to fit the headboards but was unable to do so, they also supplied some clips to connect both beds together but the clips were not of sufficient width. Bedstar were requested to employ contractors to fit the headboards, they refused stating it was not their responsibility however one of their reviews refers to them fitting the bed for a customer in their reviews. Plenty of exchanged e-mails but no satisfaction regard fitting the headboards very poor service, definitely not recommended.

Do NOT! And I repeat DO NOT! purchase from this company. Tina Hay customer advisor, rude, obnoxious and would not even take responsibility for their couriers incompetence on delivering the bed frame and mattress to our address. They just dint care. The driver din't even bother trying to find the address ( I be surprised if he even attempted to get to me ) Tina said that the driver couldn't find the address and my mobile was wrong! Now she want's £55.00 extra to redeliver what should be delivered to me the first place! Asked for refund and I got my refund minus the £55.00 delivery that I never got delivered. So, for your own good, do NOT get anything from them. You been warned!

Courier would not deliver bed as they had been given wrong door number by bedstar ! Now have to lose another days wages, to await redelivery whilst being without a bed. Shop elsewhere is my advice !

Typical internet provider. Deliver 2 thirds of what's been paid for. Blame someone else, don't offer any support, refuse to escalate to senior management despite us having explained the urgency. Buy local.

Poor quality beds and poor customer service. Don’t use this company. I ordered 3 beds which I needed very quickly. 1 was so much poor quality (Julian Bowen Rebecca) bed that the screws holding th frame broke and the paint came off immediately. Sent it back. One bed was fine. The third we ordered in red, colour on website was red, name of material “Ruby” but they sent purple. I called Bedstar who said they couldn’t deal with complaints on the phone, I had to email. Which I did. Customer services refused to acknowledge despite photo evidence. Charged me £55 to collect the bed, despite the fact they were picking up the other faulty bed. Just had email from them to say the courier didn’t pick up th mattress (it is a holiday let so I was not there at bed collection), now they need to pick up the mattress too. What a farce. Poor quality, poor customer service. This issue is still going on and I ordered the bed mid feb! So that’s 6 weeks of problems just because I wanted fast delivery.

Images on the website did not reflect an accurate representation of the product. Do not expect the product to be the same when delivered. Assembly guides are extremely unclear with many pieces not clearly labeled. Customer service unhelpful and offered nothing to remediate the situation other than saying "sorry".

Please please stay away from this company! ordered a bed for my daughter it was only used for 1 week before we noticed faults, the bottom of the ottoman bed drooping as the base appeared to have dropped and then the foot end of the bed has also dropped. We are not being supported with this only being blamed for the faults which i am strongly disputing! Please do not use this company and look elsewhere! I am feeling exhausted from the constant emails to try and resolve this and still to date i am getting no where just out of pocket with a broken bed!

Bed arrived dented in two places. Emailed them without any response. Bed is in different colour then on the photos and cheap quality. I sincerely regret ordering from them. I’m such a disappointed of the bed with which I have to stick for long time now. Better search on eBay , same beds in cheaper prices. Save your money

Ordered 4 beds online which were in stock. Received an email day later telling me 2 of bed frames were out of stock so I had to choose something else. When delivery came, had one box missing hence could not setup one of the beds. No one from bedstar phoned or emailed me to let me know when missing box would arrive. I had to email them letting them know of missing part. They then told me that they were going to email me and courier would be out next day. I'm still waiting 3 days later. Never again will I buy beds from this company, I paid over £2200. Terrible customer service!

great bed and fast delivery but there was an issue over some slight damage to the head board. After some 2 weeks with no response i have given up trying to contact Kathryn from customer services, so make your own mind up about any issues you may have with any orders, as they do not respond!

Paid for Saturday delivery and half the bed is missing. No customer service on a Saturday but offering Saturday delivery. Ruined our son stepson saying for first time since covid. Expect full delivery refund. Very very disappointing.

First of all I received an e-mail to say the bed would be delivered on Thursday 22 October. To my shock it arrived on Tuesday 20 October. Needless to say I was totally unprepared for the arrival. The delivery man proceeded to bring 5 large and heavy boxes to my front door and no further. I am a 62 year old widow and was left to try and bring the boxes in to the house myself. I did manage this but they are now lying about my very small hall, living room and dining room. I have no idea how I am going to get them upstairs. I paid to have my old mattress removed but the delivery man informed me he knew nothing about this. I have now sent 3 e-mails to the company and have yet to receive a response and an offer to repay the money charged for removing the old mattress. I would never use this company again.
