“The bed arrived on the date I was told, on assembling the bed one of the draws does not fit correctly and jams when you try to slide it out.”

“I ordered a divan bed base and headboard. The headboard arrived fine but the bed base was not fit for use. Three of the drawers didn't fit properly, screws were missing all over and one of the drawers had a big hole in the base. At least Bedworld cooperated with arranged the return and refund, but I wouldn't order from them again.”

“I was not impressed with the delivery time. I was on able to get a time slot I had to be home all day and even then after being told my delivery would be 8am to 6pm my delivery didn't get there until 620. Then there was no contact number to call after 6 to find out where my delivery was. So overall not impressed at all.”

“Delivery takes too long, not delivered by timeframe promised, 1st attempt delivery was wrong order, took another 6 days to deliver correct one. Communication is poor But the quality of the bed was excellent!”

“The bed was fine , but I wouldn’t use this company again as the delivery driver was very rude and not at all helpful, I paid for my old bed to be taken away , but he refused to take it as I wouldn’t leave my 6 month old child on her own and help him”

“Very poor delivery span, date and time wise. Did not get the product until late on a Saturday night. This amounted to almost 10 hours wait on the day of delivery. Got a call from the driver saying he would be late, but this was after the forecast delivery time had elapsed.”

“Poor communication on delivery and the bed was delivered so quick there was no chance to check we had everything or that the product was in good order. We later found the mattress to be slightly torn.”

“Numerous cancellations of delivery had to carry bed upstairs our selves useless for less fit people. Driver cut himself we ended up with blood running off the plastic onto our carpet. Driver could hardly speak English.But product very good at reasonable price balance I suppose”

“Purchased a divan bed for my son, broke within 2 months got a replacement and that is broke as well not as bad as last one this happened within days but I don’t have time to try and get it replaced again I won’t be buying from here again”

“Wouldn't buy from them again, absolute pain to arrange delivery and it was later than the specified 2-6 working days.”
