I queried with them and they reasured me they would be ok once new growth started. The new flowers are nice but the plants themselves are very poorly shaped and nothing like they should look. Customer service from B&Q was useless and Beechwood not interested at all in being helpful. Would never buy from these people again."

"Sells dead plants then blames the customer for not looking after them. Bought a grapevine from them last year, planted in the garden which is sandy and well drained, didn't look great when we got it with only 2 leaves which soon dropped off, but thought maybe the time of year so left it and hoped to see some signs of shoots this spring. After nothing, and the stems turning brown I lifted it out and there were no roots. Emailed them to tell them and all I got was it's been kept too wet. Informed them it wasn't as planted in well drained sandy soil but they didn't even have the decency to answer. AWFUL AWFUL customer service, stay well clear of them and spend your money somewhere that appreciates customers."
