“Great service and such tasty beer! I received a voucher from my sister for Christmas, when I ordered the voucher wouldn’t work for some reason. But, the friendly customer service team sorted it out for me with no problems! Thanks Beer Hawk... I'll keep coming back!”

“A fair judgement of a business is how they keep their promises, and what they do when they can't. My first order of two Mystery Cases went perfectly. They promised delivery before New Year, and that promise was kept with a day in hand. Furthermore, the selections in the boxes were wonderful. I couldn't have been happier. My second order went less smoothly, due to the courier apparently dumping my order on my doorstep, leading to it not being there when I got home. After a short conversation with a very helpful customer service operative, replacements were offered and my faith was restored. Beer Hawk offer both great products and exemplary service. Use them with confidence - but try to make sure someone is at home for the delivery.”

“I contacted Beer Hawk as there was an issue with part of the order. I was fortunate that a young lady, Beth, dealt with it. Her manner and obviously agreeable personality really impressed. Give her a pay rise and promotion.”

“Whether you are a Real Ale or a Craft Ale fan, this is the shop for you! An indication of my devotion to Beer Hawk is that I received 5 (FIVE) boxes from my family plus Beer Hawk Gift Tokens! Choice of beer is good and I prefer the stronger abv (alcohol by volume) of which there is a wide choice! My five boxes arrived very quickly and in excellent condition! If you are considering buying these for for that "Special One" in your life, make sure you know what he/she likes by letting them have a look at the Beer Hawk website, very interesting! Cheers!”

“I ordered this gift for my brother as a birthday present. I ordered it quite late in relation to his birthday so had told him it would be late! So I was extremely happy when he messaged me on his birthday to say that it had arrived! I am currently living in New Zealand, and my family are in Northern Ireland so I will definitely be using beer hawk again! The ease of ordering and the different packages were definitely a seller for me! Thank you Beer Hawk for the brilliant service!”

“I discovered this coming via the CAMRA magazine where there was a review of the champion bottled beer of Britain. On a whim I found the site and the beer I was looking for but then naturally went to explore the web site further and ended up with quite a few bottles of beer! The whole process was very pleasurable, the beer arrived promptly and is currently being consumed. They appear to be an excellent supplier with a big and diverse range of beer.”

“good hoppy flavour with hints of citrus which made it a nice beer to drink ( hubby didn't have glasses on so didn't read you need to twist the red button on the top so it stopped after first pint till he figured it out ).”
