I notice other people have had problems with deliveries. My order was left on the doorstep as well. Not stolen but not good enough. I was also disappointed that two beers had been substituted in the order and they chosen a lower alcohol (3%) and, I guess cheaper substitute from the same brewery. I shan't be ordering from them again.

Started off well. They need to change the delivery company, ordered in time for next day delivery, even rushed my order to make sure it was placed in time. Next day no delivery and after questioning this was told that it will probably be delivered the next day. Previous experience with the delivery company not great as they left it by the font door on a main road and was not there when I went to see. It's like knock a door run. This has been fed back to them on many occasions. Experienced problems with my Perfect Draft machine twice now and there was no rush to resolve the issues and I had to drive the machine myself for a replacement in the end, 4hr round trip. Collections said to be booked but no one turns up, still waiting 4 days later. It's a great idea and have some good products, when they work, customer service needs to improve and they need to take off the ticking clock on the website for next day orders. It appears that there is no customer loyalty.

The single bottles that I purchased were great, however I did not realise that the Mystery box was dated beer, this should be stated in the main description not in the "more information" as this was a gift had I had known I would have paid more for a named mixed box.

placed an order on Thursday 10th had no more information till Saturday 12 August had no idea that there was a delivery out till I received an email on the 12th August at 15.00 hours I was out tried to contact them no joy

The case of beers I ordered were wrongly delivered so I never received them. A replacement set were delivered to me for my son's birthday and today he called me to say 6 of the 14 were out of date and he had to complain to Beer Hawk about them. They are sending replacements but the whole experience has been very disappointing.

This time round I wasn't so happy with my purchase. I had two kegs of Jaipur and a mystery box. The kegs just didn't seem very nice, I know it was a cask version but they really didn't hold up. Also the mystery box I was really unimpressed. I've had two previous mystery boxes and they were both great with loads of variety. However this time round 95% of my beers were Trappist style beers?? It really did seem like they didn't care what went in. I'm not sure I'll ever order a mystery box again. I will however still use beerhawk and I hope to be able to provide a 5* review again in the future.

The delivery took over the expected time. It was intended for a birthday 6 days later and didn't arrive in time. I have since bought direct from a supplier - in this instance Beavertown - and the delivery took just 2 days.

Free delivery for orders over £50? No, read the exclusions in the small print. Never mind how good the beer is, never mind how quick was the delivery, I object to being duped like that. And I *really* object to being ignored when I complain.

The 'Bullet' arrived in a jiffy bag and had suffered damage during transit so that one end of the tube had burst open and 2 cans had been dented. The beer tasted OK but it was not a good start, especially as it was my 1st order and using a voucher given to me as a gift. I also think that charging me £5 for packaging was outrageous. I know the cost to ship an item such as this is not £5 so I feel ripped off, also. I had a £10 voucher but lost 50% of this to shipping. Add to this that I was not expecting the beers to be as strong as they were (one was approx. 8.9%) and the web page doesn't allude to this in any way and unless you know the brand or look at external information, you would not know this. I'm not a fan of really strong beer so would not have ordered this product otherwise. Overall I have been generous with my scoring, as the beer was actually quite nice, albeit too strong for my taste, and I will not be using your 'service' again.

My son bought a £30 gift voucher. This arrived as a £25 voucher. Had he not told me I would not have known and you would have got £5 for nothing. Apparently this happens often according to your staff - the VAT does not get credited. This is bordering on dishonesty if it is known that this occurs. I attempted to buy a case, the transaction failed for unknown reasons but the voucher was invalidated. . Your staff were courteous and helpful but your phone system kept cutting of the calls with a "sorry we're busy" message. Eventually an operator credited my account and took a phone order - intending to charge my credit card for the difference in price. You guessed it - my credit card was debited for the full amount. It got sorted eventually but it's not an experience I'd care to repeat.

original order was lost (or stolen) in transit. By the time a replacement had been sent, it missed the date that it should have been received for a birthday gift.

Am sure the beers are grand but sadly because Beerhawk's delivery didn't get to my friend, it was a very late birthday present. To improve this, it would have been helpful if we could have left delivery instructions, eg to leave with a neighbour. No phone call ever came through on the delivery attempts and despite a verbal request to Parcelforce, the delivery was not left with a neighbour. Now my friend has to go and collect it himself from the depot. Which leaves me feeling like the annoying friend who bought an online beer birthday present that caused more of a hassle than it was worth. Such a pity! That they didn't call my number or leave the delivery with a neighbour (and a card with their details to him) on three occasions is exasperating. What's that quote about trying the same thing and expecting different results? They did it three times! It's such a shame as the beer mix would have made a great present, if he'd have received it.

Thanks for the feedback Marie. Really sorry there was an issue with Parcel Force not being able to leave the delivery with a neighbour. It could have been that no one was available to take in the delivery at the time & they didn't want to leave it as there was nowhere safe enough. I hope your friend enjoys his birthday beers. I had various issues trying to order and use a gift voucher. Eventually someone had to place the order for me instead. I can't speak about the beer as it was a gift for someone else but I was disappointed with the packaging used. Although none of the cans in the bullet were leaking they were pretty bashed up. I will say that when I did get in contact with someone from Beer Hawk they were responsive and helpful but I really wouldn't rush to order from them again, particularly ordering any vouchers.

Website guaranteed delivery for Father's Day which was main reason for placing order. I also queried this with Customer Service to double check who advised yes this would definitely be delivered on time. Actual delivery did not take place until the following Tuesday.

It is such a shame! Great products let down by terrible service. Orders usually turn up on time but 3 out of my last 4 orders have been totally wrong including a chocolate chilli stout instead of a pale ale. Beerhawk claimed last time that they were putting in a new warehousing system which would solve these problems.... Doesn't seem to be working. Beerhawk - sort it out!!!!

The only good thing is that my client enjoyed your beer, which I had ironically had sent because of some late deliveries from my company !
