i ordered the beer glass and stand. Only the glass arrived. After several phone calls chasing and given false information, which I have now got to make an extra visit to my parents home. We looked in bins as I was told the stand had been delivered. I was told the stand would be delivered by Wednesday but I found that the order was only placed on Wednesday after I chased for a third time. I believe I spoke to Stuart on Thursday who gave a great customer and service, everyone else was incompetent and useless.

Recently used Beerhawk for the first and last time. I took out an offer on their beer club, and paid my money for the first box which the website claims will arrive immediately. 3 weeks later I had not receive the box, and get an email telling me I've been charged for a second box at full price! So I send an email telling them to cancel my order, and finally my first box turns up! Customer service wise - the response is slow and I got a blank email reply at one point. They also claimed to have put £10 of beer tokens on my account - this has not been done. The only positives are that my money was refunded quickly, and the box I did eventually receive seems to have a good selection of beer in. Unfortunately my overall experience is too tarnished with the company for me to consider using them again.

I was happy with the service until I found out that the product that I paid £12 with postage for was selling for £2.50 in Asda! Very unlikely to look for things on Beer hawk again!

The order was bought for a present but was a week late being delivered, which meant I could not give it to the recipient in time for Christmas. I made repeated calls and was always promised a call back from Customer Services which never materialised, apart from the final one to confirm delivery had been now been rearranged. The order was also incomplete - the presentation wooden box did not arrive. A promise of a refund for the cost of the box and a sullen apology did not really cut it. I will wait and see if the refund appears, but am not confident based on experience so far. Fingers crossed.

Brilliant website with a fantastic selection of beers and a simple ordering process. The final delivery process is also very good with a tracking service so that a quite accurate timing is achieved. My problem has been that both of my orders have failed to be delivered within the timescales quoted on the website. If you can't achieve the three or five days you offer please advise before accepting the order. It is just not good enough to blame Black Friday or the busy Christmas period. The seven and 11 days my beer took to arrive is just not acceptable.

Order was delivered in a reasonable time but was incomplete and partly just wrong. They put it right very quickly, but this is the second time in succession I've had issues with them.

I ordered the Brewdog beer bullet but received totally the wrong one! Too late to organise a return as I had to give it as a gift. On the plus side, well packaged and arrived promptly.

I placed 4 orders on the 5th December. None of them arrived within 5 days. I have hone on numerous occasions sometimes the phone is answered. One of my orders was returned to sender for no apparent reason. After chasing & chasing 3 of my orders have now been delivered. The 4 th one is showing complete but I don't know where it is certainly NOT with my son. I have tried to phone this morning but again no answer. I have before retiring owned a mail order company so I do understand the pressures but you should not promise what you cannot fulfill. Regards Sue Cave-Merrin

Delivery service is very poor. First order delivered almost a week late and as it was a birthday present I had to apologise for missing the day. Second delivery was left in a neighbours porch around the corner but an e mail was sent to me saying that it was in my porch. Fortunately my neighbour is honest and brought the case round when he got home

Despite a decent selection available my first and only time ordering from beerhawk was not a great experience. The 6 bottles/cans I ordered arrived in two huge boxes designed for 24 - one box had just one can in. This would be forgivable if the whole order was there; it wasn't, I was missing two cans.

Order was not sent within the 5 working days U.K. Mail could not find the address, and I could not arrange redelivery online and could not speak to anyone on the phone I had to call beer hawk to get them to organise it In total it took 3 weeks to take delivery Not happy

Not recommended. I ordered on 28th Nov, on 11th Dec they sent me someone elses beer order. Beerhawk then attempted to arrange a collection, gave me a time slot......but then did not book the courier so I wasted half a day waiting at home for them to collect it..... which they still have not managed to do. Received my beer on 20th Dec..... Would have ordered else where had I known it would have been this difficult!

Not had a great experience I'm afraid, since placing my first order in October. This was for the advent calendar which should have included both a tasting kit & tasting glass. No kit & the glass was broken. Both problems rectified eventually but only by Emailing several times. Was expecting a range of ales in the calendar, but it is largely pale ales so far. Consequently placed a separate order for stouts, including a bullet advertised as 3 stouts. Guess what, it contained more pale ale ! Too many hiccups I'm afraid so will not be placing further orders. This is disappointing as I like the concept of the company. Suppose you can't win them all.

I ordered a selection of beers on 28/11/2016 it is now the 20/12/2016 and there's still no sign of them, I was promised them within 5 working days. After chasing them up I was told my delivery had been damaged, so it has been reordered, but I was hoping to give some of them as Christmas presents, So fingers crossed they'll be here soon.

Delivery isn't as quick as stated and instead of coming all on one day, came in 2. Emailed Beer Hawk and got absolutely no response.... goods seem ok but customer service is appalling
