Well you asked!!... Ordered on Cyber Monday 28/11 Order 100110411 got first part of my order all OK the following week. But.... my second part of my order no one replied to my emails or return my messages had a make a number of calls to customer support to find out what is happening. Still waiting for my refund for second part of my order, after calling again this morning!!! I know it's Christmas but sorry not good enough!!, not going to returning in the future......

Half the order was missing, took further two weeks to receive rest of order, didn't get tasting pack with advent calendar got a beer bullet as an apology but still not good enough for the missing and delayed part of order!

I got your advent calendar of 24 bottles not impressed the bottles and small cans are well Overpriced .not the quality I was expected

I asked for my delivery to be delayed because I was away. I also left instructions to leave it with my neighbour if I was out. Neither happened. My order was delivered while I was away and left in the open in pooring rain despite my neighbours being in. The driver didn't bother to try them. It's pretty obvious a house is not occupied when boxes stamped beer are left by the front door for 2 days. Beer Hawk have ignored my complaint, so they can kiss my business goodbye.

Very disappointed with the time it took to take delivery of my order. Had to send many emails and after a final telephone complaint I finally received my goods. I was told that my goods were waiting to be collected but still nothing arrived and some emails took many days to arrive. Sorry but I won't be using you again.

Ordered a beer advent calendar at start of October for specified delivery date at end of November as a birthday present, it turned up several days late. Pointless as had to buy another present instead but judging by all the complaints on social media seems l was lucky to get it all....

My order has had issues which is forgivesble but it has taken an entire month to get this issue sorted. Still ongoing. Slow to respond and generally indifferent on the phone.

Very disappointed with the service from Beerhawk. Tried to order a box of beer that was in the black Friday sale only for the code to not work. The box I finally settled on then did not arrive until over a week later. Once the box did arrive, it was only 14 beers as opposed to the 15 beers as advertised! Instead of the beer was a beer glass, but I'd rather have the full quota of beer as advertised please! I complained to Beerhawk on two separate occasions, first about the late delivery, then secondly about the missing beer from my order. I received absolutely no response from their customer service team whatsoever! Shocking service, a company that simply ignores any complaints from its customers. I won't be ordering again.

I was not satisfied with the service I'm afraid. The beer I ordered in time for delivery on or before the recipient's birthday, according to your assertions, was 'delayed' by more than a week. I received no apology or explanation. Tim Page Chief Executive, The Campaign for Real Ale - with whom Beer Hawk has a professional relationship!

Never received the order. No communication from Beer Hawk. Misleading (lies?) communication from UK Mail. Slow to receive refund.

I ordered the case of beer as a special gift for a friend. Delivery was promised within 3 to 5 working days. I was then told it would take a further 3 working days due to Black Friday. This message was then accompanied by no less than 10 consecutive 'No-reply' type e-mails which were a complete waste of time. In reality the beer took 14 days to arrive which resulted in me having to buy another gift. Several of the larger bottle selection had also been substituted for smaller bottles. Perhaps it would be better to purchase direct from the beer suppliers?

Unless you have the patience and inclination to keep chasing your order, simply to be supplied with a generic 'the elves are beavering away', I wouldn't bother. Yes the product is very good, and yes the company put a lot of effort into their marketing and updates on their website; but there is a clear lacking in their customer services and dispatch team. I was left waiting a grand total of three weeks for my beer that should have been here a lot sooner. I fully appreciate that it is Christmas, and that with all of their promotional activity on Facebook they will be inundated with orders but with that in mind, they should look to employ additional 'elves' to support the influx of orders. Do not expect your order to be received within the time frame advised on your confirmation. I would love to order from you guys again as the beers are fantastic and exactly what my fiancee loves, however I am reluctant to given the lack of service received this time around. Please pull your socks up BeerHawk, you could be awesome!

Hannah Thanks for your feedback and please know that we listen to all feedback and take measures to ensure these incidents do not happen again. I buy beer online from a lot of outlets. Beerhawk being the worse experience so far. Ordered on a Saturday, delivery states 5 working days. Took 8 working days, slow response to my emails. Oh & one of the beers a month out of date.

I placed an order on Black Friday for a PerfectDraft machine and 2 kegs, then had a customer service email a week later explaining there would be a delivery delay due to high sales volumes, which was understandable. However two weeks later, I still have not received my order and I called customer service only to be told that my order had gone 'missing' and that it would be reordered. No re-delivery estimate, or apologies for any delay... a poor start for my first order with Beerhawk I'm afraid!

Received as a gift. Now on 12th bottle, most of which have been terrible, bitter, over-hopped American pale ales. I hope the selection will improve because the choice, so-far has been very disappointing.

Beers all arrived. Prices are good plus this was the only store to stock a certain beer I was after. The site is very easy to use and the tokens are cool. HOWEVER, the order is said to arrive after 3 work days and only made it 10 days later. I got a text on the day of delivery but was away at the time and requested that shipment will be delayed for a couple more days, I received a message that it will be delayed. And yet when I got back home the boxes were waiting there for 2 days already... apparently the delivery man rang up my neighbors' door, they were not pleased with that..

The delivery was great and everything boxed well. Inside seems t have slipped down so getting beers out isn't easy. So far two have also been out of date, I did email but have received no response!
