Order wasn't properly filled. Only half what I ordered arrived. I repeatedly emailed for them to send me an updated invoice as there wasn't one in the box. This fell on deaf ears. Very disappointing service all round. Won't be ordering from them again. A shame really

I ordered 6 beers for a stocking filler for my husband before Christmas and only 4 arrived without an explanation. I had to call them to find out what the problem was. They also got the delivery date wrong. It's not the first time I have had problems with Beer Hawk. I wont be using them again. I am now getting beer for my husband from a very good local supplier who have just opened in our town and are from Belgium. They are a little more expensive but worth it for the peace of mind. Sorry Beer Hawk - but you need to do better.

My beers have never arrived and everyday the delivery date moves forwards one day?? I'm very confused

To the uninitiated your product is attractive however your website makes no clear link between a keg and the appropriate kit required to consume the contents- leaving first timers with a keg that can't be consumed! I would not buy this product unless I was a seasoned keg buyer and owned a £200 draft lever-

Money was taken from account on order receipt and this was well before despatch/delivery (unlike say Amazon). Delivery was then late and with several false promises. It did finally arrive and a good selection thank you.

I ordered 4 kegs of Leffe and a beer chiller/dispenser. This was on special offer with pre Christmas delivery I still await 2 kegs of Leffe on 30th December This is despite two telephone calls where I was assured the remainder of my order was in the warehouse or on its way I was promised contact from customer services but have heard nothing The purchase was intended as centre piece for Christmas and New Year celebrations The partial order I have received is terrific but the ordering or delivery service needs to be improved

Where to start! Online account that you can't access... answering service before Christmas with no real idea where order was. Sent kegs but useless without draft machine... blaming UKMail for damaging unit, no correspondence, no updates and happy to blame anyone without accepting responsibility. Clearly can't cope with high order levels, don't really have a working e-commerce platform (other than taking your money!) and a poor service culture! AVOID at all costs.

I placed an order for Christmas presents on Dec 4th. One of my 8 items ordered turned up 8 days later with no info on where the rest of it was. After 3 phone calls and 3 days later, they told me the rest had been damaged in transit and they would reorder for me immediately. A week later after 2 more calls and too late for several of the presents the rest turned up undamaged but missing 3 items. At this point I requested a refund on the missing items. I'm yet to receive the refund. Very disapointed.

Very disappointed with the advent calendar. Firstly the majority of the top 3 rows had nothing behind them because they had dropped to the lower levels of the box. The variety of the beers was rubbish. Mainly pale ales and saisons only one stout and no porters. One of the bottles was 3 months out of date! Makes me think it's just a gimmick to get rid of your summer stock with the lack of dark beers. Expensive waste of money!

Such rubbish customer service. I understand xmas is a very busy time, but generic emails are rude and offensive when responding to customers with queries. I don't think you should take money until you know when the order will be despatched. It's not ok to say "you're order is all ready but ican't tell you when it'lol leave the warehouse" - bit of honesty and up front chat would make world of difference

I ordered a quak gift set and a mystery box. The order came promptly, however the mystery box is meant to contain 15 beer. It only had 10 in. I called customer services and spoke to someone and heard nothing back. 1 week later I called again and spoke to someone and heard nothing again. I called back again the next day and there was no record of the earlier calls. Again I have had no response. This is a Christmas present. I'm really disappointed. Customer services have been friendly but done absolutely nothing to resolve this matter!

The beers and selections are great, but the logistics and courier partner are frustratingly bad. Items were missed from order and order shipped very late, had to chase customer services after 2 weeks to get the order sent at all. I can't recommend Beer Hawk until they improve the warehouse shipping and use more reliable courier service.

My comments are not to do with the beer supplied but with the delivery. My last two deliveries were left on the doorstep in full view of anyone passing. In the case of the most recent delivery the parcel was left on Friday lunchtime and as we were away in London was not picked up by us until Sunday afternoon! Other delivery firms either hide the parcel or leave it with a neighbour. I have notified Beer Hawk about this as unless I can be guaranteed that the delivery practice is to be improved I will not be placing further orders.
