Incorrect delivery was made of the second part of my order. A duplicate of the first order was delivered. Correct order was not delivered till after the incorrect delivery had been collected so spoilt a Christmas present being given on the correct day.

The beer was either overpriced and a box of it went missing. Still not delivered SO BASICALLY NOT GOOD

Ordered 11 beers, after four days received only six. Costumer service didn't bother to contact me. Overall very disappointing.

Checked website for the beer in wanted,said it was in stock, order went through ok. Order arrived quickly however one of the beers i ordered wasn't in the box,range up to enquire was told I had been assigned the item but was now out of stock,onlying saving grace was given refund without question, would be very reluctant to use again.

Second time shopping with Beer Hawk and unfortunately the second time I've had issues. First time they didn't have items that I wanted in stock but to their credit did let me know before dispatch and refunded me for those items. Unfortunately with my recent order I didn't receive 2 items that I ordered and wasn't notified. This means that if I hadn't been keeping track or the order was being delivered as a gift, then I would have lost out of the money that I paid. To their credit, delivery was much quicker than expected and they did give a delivery window. Unfortunately the courier didn't actually ring the bell and just left the box of beers on my doorstep for me to find when I went out. Beer Hawk did also refund the items which I was missing straight away and gave me £5 worth of tokens, but after the service I received and the basic delivery cost being £5, I won't be using them.

on ordering my purchase, I was informed that the payment hadnt been successful therefore |I ordered again , to be told again that the purchase was not successful. I then abandoned the purchase and bought from an alternative source. Within 2-3 days the beer from beerhawk was delivered , two boxes and the money debitted from my account. I will not be purchasing again.

Be very careful ! A number of bottles are only 330ml and NOT a full 500ml ! ... Not what you expect from someone trying to capture your business ! ... Also one of the bottles I received was 330ml in size when in fact I ordered a 500ml bottle ! ... I was offered what amounted to free postage (worth £5.00) on my next order for beer which is a tad overpriced anyway !! Wont be using again !

So I ordered the Beer Hawk Advent calendar back in September for delivery early October, beer hawk contacted me to say due to a problem with the supplier it won't be delivered in time. A month later the beers where delivered. So on to the beers themselves. I must admit I expected more. Every bottle was a small bottle, all the cans 330mls it's a other of money to pay for 24 small bottles and cans. It worked out £2.70 a bottle. Or even worse £2.70 for a small can! I don't think it was value for money and I won't be getting the calender next year.

Beer selection good. Got a partial refund and was not told why. customer service said "it's for beer out of stock" I'd figured that much out and wanted to know which. When I got the answer the price added up to double what they refunded me. They refunded me the rest when I explained but I shouldn't have to check and follow up on that sort of stuff.

At first I was impressed with Beer Hawk. I wanted to purchase some beer for my husband for Christmas. I told them the sort of beer he likes and they selected based on this information. I heard nothing for a few days after I approved the choices and had to chase them up, worried my order wouldn't arrive before Christmas as at this stage the order hadn't been finalised and paid for. After they got back in touch with me, I ordered and was told a delivery date, which was ok as my husband would be at work. I was informed I would be sent an email when the order was dispatched and I would receive it the next day. Two days after the date due for delivery and I had still heard nothing. After three unanswered phone calls and an unanswered email, I finally spoke to someone on the phone and was told my beer was due to be delivered in the next hour. Great, seeing as my husband was in and the box had Beer Hawk written all over it. So much for the email saying it had been dispatched - I never got one. Won't be ordering from this company again. Too much hassle.

Ordered the Perfect draft system which was on offer with 2 kegs prior to xmas. The price was a lot lower than other suppliers particularly when you add in the 2 kegs. The delivery service by UK Mail was dreadful. One keg was left on the drive in the rain at around midnight ( found by accident next day) and the driver had faked my signature to state it had been delivered on time at mid-day. At this point I didn't know if the other keg and the more importantly the perfect draft machine had been stolen from the drive. UK mail were useless. I Received an email to say the machine and the keg were to be delivered xmas eve. Only the machine turned up!! the keg arrived between xmas and new-year. The machine and beers are great however lots of cold beer was needed to wash out the foul taste UK mail had left in my mouth. Great beers, Terrible delivery!!!!! not even an apology!!!!

Beers were lost by courier. After several weeks gave up on order but did get full refund.Excellent concept with good product range but if order not delivered not a lot of good.

Ordered the world lagers for my fathers birthday. When he opened it. It was the wrong order; it turned out it to be a keg. Very disappointing. Was not offered a refund. O my beer tokens. For which I have still not received the confirmation email of these tokens nor how to use them.

I'm left disappointed, don't get me wrong the beer selection is fantastic , and other items like beer tokens are great , but if you want the delivery correct, or organisation they are lacking , Unfortunately I have order one order 3 times now to get the items on the list, to be fair to the team they have sent the missing beers out (the ones they actually have in stock) but just is getting tiresome going around in circles I'm disappointed because I really want to like beer hawk they have great products like beer advent calander etc. But with every item I have ordered there has been unacceptable shenanigans. Beer advent calander was late GIFT card didn't work had to email Order wrong 3 times and some items out of stock Late beer can has massive dent in it It's the attention to detail which is bringing down a otherwise fantastic website and selection of beers at great prices Hopefully you will get your at together so that you can elevate yourself to a professional level I have ordered about 150 to 200 worth of beer but until deemed otherwise worthy of my money I will be using other websites sorry I really want to like your website so step your attention to detail up and it will make a huge differnce What I must say is the help I have received has been useful

Oliver, appreciate the feedback we honestly do. We know that we sell a great range and that is going to improve. We also know we let you down and have to tighten our processes and hold our hands up that we failed.... We are putting processes in place to ensure that we know the issues before the customer notifies us - that way we will put it right before it becomes an issue. We hope to see you back at Beer Hawk soon so that we can show what we have done.

Although I was satisfied with the product I was disappointed with the service from Beerhawk. I was promised delivery of the beer dispenser in plenty of time for my wedding on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately the dispenser did not arrive until 30th Dec. If I had known it would have been a week late I would not of ordered it.

Only two of the three ordered items came had to contact them to send out the third. Over two weeks for delivery so got it for the new year when it was promised for Christmas

Placing an order for subscription on Dec 7th, after making four calls which no one responded to answering back, I was told the first delivery would arrive before Christmas. Fri 23rd they arrived. By then my husband who the surprise gift was for was home and signed for the package as I had to take our kids up north for a cousins birthday party. Very disappointed with service. Also would've expected a more interesting way to package the delivery as it was a pre Christmas delivery and also our first from Beer Hawk.

No problem with the beer delivery very poor ordered a crate of German beer 3 weeks befor Christmas as this was a present for my sons I was worried that a few days before Christmas it had not arrived so contacted Beer hawk I was told it would arrive but it did not it arrive until after Christmas I was upset by this as I had been promised it was going to arrive

I was very pleased with the selection of beers that BEERHAWK had. My favorite (Stone & Wood from Australia) is not in stock very often so I ordered it when I saw it available. I was pleased with the delivery time, although I received no confirmation of shipping or guaranteed delivery time. When I opened the case, I found that I only received 1 of the 9 S&W in the box. There was no attached receipt to reference. When I logged onto my account, there was a note by my order saying there was a service issue but it had been resolved. There was no communication of this and it hadn't been resolved. After calling customer service on 4 separate days and pleading my story, 8 was finally refunded. I really wanted to like BEERHAWK but after the mishap of the order I will attempt to order unique beer elsewhere.
