I didn't have the best of experiences with beer hawk .. paid for within 3 day delievery for Father's Day Half my order arrived Nobody knew where the rest was Was phoning courier, beer hawk etc .. nobody could resolve this One advisor said it wouldn't be with me in time and said he would send for refund I bought something else Then beer arrived late afternoon on the day

Beer&delivery fine. Problem with voucher code not working though. Had to contact directly to fix. This was frustrating.

A really great collection of beer, delivered very quickly, but let down by inability to accurately describe their delivery options. Website promised that beer would be delivered by noon on Saturday, but this was unclear at the point of order (it stated standard delivery, with no mention of Saturday delivery). Actually somewhat surprised when I got a delivery notification from the courier saying that the delivery was due on the Saturday, but not before noon. I continue to persist with Beerhawk because the range of beer they stock is excellent, but they really need to sort out the delivery process so that they do what they say.

Thanks for the feedback Robert. We are offering next day delivery if you order before noon, but the couriers do deliver up until 9pm. So apologies this got confused & you thought the delivery would be with you before noon on the Saturday. But am pleased it got to you the next day as promised. Cheers, Hannah

The beer was good, but the price per bottle went up by a £1. How do you justify that

Fast delivery, no damage etc but one barrel was off. I knew the out of date would be close as was half price. Date was 28th Aug but barrel was off.

Sorry there was an issue with your mini cask Lee. The casks are filled with only about 6 weeks 'life' on them. So when you bought it, it would have still had 4 weeks before the best before date & should have been fine to drink. I bought some beers as I saw one I particularly wanted. When I got my box I realised the one I particularly wanted was not in said box. I called and this was sorted. I then had a call back. I had a gentleman state that just sending one beer out may open it up to get damaged! Could they not just credit me instead. I was outraged. It was not my fault my beer was missed. The customer service side apart I was very impressed. Great beer selection and home brew kits too. Something for everybody. The customer service does need sorting though!

I understand your frustration at this being our error, but our concern of sending just one beer out would be it is more susceptible to damage, which is why we would have offered the refund for it instead. It was easy enough to order and I thought the product range was good I ordered a case of beer and a glass. the glass was delivered and the beer ended up in the north of Scotland. unfortunately the glass was in the right place in loughborough and the beer in wrong place. it seems mad if you order two items they go out separately . the good news is the person loved the beer when it showed up. would be nice if you could also order beer related snacks to go out with beer as present

When the beer finally arrived I was happy. Ordered on a Monday, was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but wasn't. When I chased on Friday they said Parcelforce had a problem and now wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I only haven't given a lower rating as one of the items was smashed when I opened the box but when I notified Beer Hawk a replacement arrived the next day - if only they could have done that with the beer!

Was a little disappointed with the selection of beers. I ordered british beers and belgian beers, 15 of each. A lot of the british beers were pretty weak lagers and three were Brew dogs which you can buy at Morrisons!. Hoped for a more imaginative selection. The belgian beers were better overall.

Thanks for the feedback Gareth. Sorry there was a short date on one of your kegs. We do try & keep an eye on the dates, but they are only given 6 months at kegging, so by the time they've been shipped over to us we are left with some that might not have as long on them as you would like. The range was good, postage was prompt. Good service in general. However, I bought the 'Traditional Dad' mixed case for Father's Day and it arrived just in a cardboard box like a normal order. I would have expected it to be in some sort of packaging as it was targeted at A gift for Dad.

Beer selection is brilliant, however ordered for fathers days and the delivery didn't turn up in time due to it not being collected from the warehouse. I ordered 2 boxes so I had 2 Dads with no gifts on Father's Day.
