Bit disappointed with best before dates only a week left on one of the items.

Sorry the cans had short dates on them when they arrived. The Warehouse do try & keep a check on dates. I'll contact you direct regarding this. Cheers, Hannah

Pleased with the product . The issue was that I ordered it for a Father's Day gift well in advance and didn't turn up !! The offices close at the weekend so was unable to chase it up ! Finally got through to the offices on the Monday after Fathers day to be informed that it had been dispatched but had lost tracking of it !! I thought due to the error I would of been sent a complementary one but was refunded the delivery charge . It was revived on the Wednesday.

The beer is fantastic. I have been subscribing for a year now as a gift for my husband, and he is delighted with the selection. Customer service is poor though. I ordered a gift for someone at Christmas and it never arrived. I eventually got a refund, but I would have preferred the beer. No-one seemed to know what they were doing in trying to track it down. I recently got an email to say my subscription had been suspended. I have no idea why, and someone was going to contact me to explain but I've heard nothing. Based on that comment, you really need to change that awful 'humorous' answerphone message. The one that says 'we don't do much training'. That's not something to brag about, particularly when the majority of the buttons you are told to press either ring out or are cut off.

I thought I had found the perfect present for my sons 65th birthday, a few weeks ago I started to order a machine and a keg of beer to be sent to him, nice young lady said i should not order so soon, but if I ordered on the 23rd, It would get there on the 28th, so I did, to be told that it would arrive the next day. A bit awkward, as they would be working all week end for a charity, when they got home my son rang to say, a big thanks for the keg of beer left in their shed,,,, I said there should be a machine, ,,,,,,,no machine. I have been told,'machine lost in transit',, are out of machines,,, but will deliver as soon as one comes in. Nobody's fault I suppose,,, But my perfect birthday present has not turned out so perfect........Elizabeth.

Quick delivery and nice product but the box arrived all mashed up and tatty. Did email but absolutely no communication from them. Disappointing.

Product excellent, dissatisfied with delivery. It was left on my front doorstep really marked with beer hawk labelling . It was a Father's Day gift bought from the Father's Day section. My husband got back and found it outside and obviously realised what it was, So surprise ruined. Will think twice about using you again. Surely it should have arrived in unmarked pakagaging and not left on my doorstep.

Delivery arrived with no notification, carrier was not the carrier on the label. Inthen received an email telling me that my beers had been damaged in transit when they were intact in the beer store area. Totally disorganised. The beers were good however

After I placed my initial order, Beer Hawk didn't send my company name (part of the submitted address) to Yodel, leading to a series of delivery problems. Beer Hawk were very helpful in dealing with this, but I'd be reluctant to order again if they continue to use Yodel as their only delivery option.

I'm really sorry to hear that the business name was missing, although rare it can sometimes happen. We don't only use Yodel, we also use ParcelForce to deliver. We're working really hard to make sure all details go across to the carriers, we'd love to see you order again! Cheers Andy

I really like your website and the great choice of beer but this is the second time that I have used you and the second time that I have been let down by Parcelforce, your courier of choice. This unfortunately does affect my experience of shopping with you in a negative way.

Well, I'm happy about the beer 😬 but not happy about the delivery😦 delivering alcohol to my 12 year old daughter was a bit naughty to say the least😱

Should state that you need a special machine WHICH WOULD HAVE COSTED £189 with the kegs not being a beer drinker I was not aware of this so it had to be returned VERY DISAPPOINTED as this was for a present 🙁

The beer is good but one bottle was broken. The cost of the bottle was refunded but nothing more. Expected a £10 voucher. Won't be using again.

Apologies one of your bottles was broken in transit. Despite our best efforts on packaging we do unfortunately get a few breakages from time to time. Our policy is to refund the cost of the damaged items. I hope you enjoyed the rest of the beer. Cheers, Hannah

Very fast delivery. However please please allow people to use beer tokens and voucher codes in the same transactions. It's unfair to ban people from using vouchers if they have credit with you.

Box wasn't as described on website,correct numbers of beers weren't present as the glass was in the box.So website should state 1 less beer.Apart from that happy Colin

Great selection in the mixed case - made a really fantastic gift. Pity the order had to arrive in two deliveries and we were initially left wondering where the rest was. However good follow up and special delivery later all was well sorted.
