Thanks for your review - sorry there was an issue with the delivery of your beers when we were let down by one of couriers. It is infrequent when this happens & apologise your delivery got caught up in the issue. Hope you enjoyed your beers when they arrived. Cheers, Hannah

The beers were excellent but the first keg around 75% in was cloudy meaning that the last 2 pints were undrinkable.

Thanks for the review Peter - sorry there was an issue with the last couple of pints in your keg. The mini kegs are cask conditioned & this is sometimes the case if they get a knock or moved it stirs it all up. I hope the other was a little more settled. Cheers, Hannah

Great beer selections, speedy delivery, but poor customer service on the phone if you happen to have any issues. Lady I spoke to was very rude!

Delivery of 4 kegs, happy with service however packaging looked like it had been thrown around and put back together with half a roll of tape. I expected to find my goods damaged but luckily they were not fragile and survived.

Thanks for your review Chris - apologies there was an issue with the boxes for your order. We have been trying different packaging for the kegs, but this obviously didn't work. We have made some more recent changes to the packaging, so I would hope there wouldn't be an issue with future orders. Cheers, Hannah

General good range of beers but delivery its taking to long .Every time I have to contact beer hawk to find out whats going on with my delivery I hope they will improve delivery service because is very poor .

Thanks for the review Sebastian - I understand there was an issue with an order you placed in November last year, but we have vastly improved our delivery service since then & are continuing to improve the service with a change of courier package shortly. Beers and customer services from BEER HAWK fine. Just the delivery from UK MAIL v poor said they had delivered when the hadn't then admitted there fault. Beers delayed by 10 days!!! Maybe a follow up call email?

It would be really nice if I could just buy some beer from you without having to receive such a ridiculous number of emails. As a result of a single purchase I have received 9 emails in total. Please, please, leave me alone and let me enjoy my wonderfully selected and enjoyable beers in peace.

No complaints with the beer - just the delivery. Although I completed my full delivery address on my account, the company name was omitted from the delivery label on the box. This resulted in the package being dropped at a company across the road. Luckily this is a small trading estate and the recipients knew me and dropped the package over to me. A bit poor realy.

Ordered 18 beers (9 different styles, 2 of each) for a business event, arrived promptly. Unfortunately 2 of the beers were missing and when I contacted the customer service team I was issued a refund immediately. Unfortunately as this was for an event a refund is not what I required, and i was not given the option of the 2 missing beers to be sent out. Quite a let down for a company with such a great product range.

Loved the choice of beers. Chose 6 for my husband as part of his birthday present but 1 was out if date. Did email and the cost of that bottle was refunded but I actually wanted the beer.

Good selection of beers on website. Easy to use the site and place an order. Took a while for the order to be dispatched though. And delivery company was terrible. Despite me specifying not to leave the package with a neighbour, the package was left with a neighbour.

Ordered beers on the monday and by the following tuesday still had no beer or correspondence. Sent email to highlight and dealt with quickly and arranged delivery for the thursday. Although the matter was resolved quickly and effectively I dont understand why this wasnt the level of service when my initial order was made.

Order placed for 21 bottles of beer on Feb 4th. Delivery did not arrive until 14th Feb. Very disappointed with time taken for delivery, but pleased with quality of beers. This is the first time I have used this site but have used others where delivery was much quicker. Will think carefully before I decide who to use for my next order.

Generally good, however on my most recent purchase 3 of my beers were within 2 weeks of their best before date. Considering beer is best served fresh, this is not encouraging, and still being charged at full price. I expect fresh beer at full price. If it's old beer nearing its best before, put it in a 50% clearance so people know what to expect.

Birthday message card missing from parcel, receiver didn't know who gift was off, until fortunately mystery parcel was mentioned to sender. Not happy that this happened, a message card is sent for obvious reasons.

Quick delivery time, good beers. However of the 18 beers ordered 2 were missing upon arrival. After contacting and receiving a fairly prompt response, I was advised a refund had been issued for the missing items. The option of either a refund or having the beers sent out would have been preferred.

Delivery was split into two parts and one box arrived a day late. There were two beers missing. I was informed of one before despatch and refunded but had to contact customer services about the other. Refund was a bit slow but beers were great.

A couple of criticisms: 1) Beer Hawk were out of stock of one item, but didn't call to ask if there was something else we'd like instead - as they had our telephone number a call or text would have been appreciated, in order to take advantage of free delivery. 2) No 'phone call nor text received to keep us informed of the delivery - all communication was done by email, and delivery details read too late on the day to be of any use to us. The tracking system did not work. Despite delivery instructions clearly stating that parcels should be left with a neighbour, the package was left at the front of the house! Not impressed with delivery service, which in part is out of the hands of Beer Hawk, but delivery is part of the 'face' of Beer Hawk and reflects upon them as a company. a) Why ask for a telephone number if it's not going to be used? b) Why ask for delivery instructions if they are not going to be followed? Those criticisms aside, the majority of our order safely arrived within 7 working days and was well packaged. We would use Beer Hawk again for our Belgian beer, but would order at least a couple of weeks before it was needed, and we would keep a regular eye on any emails - just in case.
