“do not buy from this company no morals and seem more interested in money than customer service they do not know the legals regarding products not fit for purpose and want to bat any problems back to manufacturers when they have a legal responsibility in the first 12 months only gave 1 star because because i had to this company deserve no stars”

“A 12 bottle box from them as a present Was fast and securely delivered and all of them except one were great. I emailed about one that had a problem and it was replaced in 2 days. I then made a big order and again if came quickly and securely and everything was perfect. The level of customer service is second to none and the beer is wonderful with a choice so diverse it will take a lifetime to get through, if my liver holds out 😉 I think a company really shows its true colours with how it responds to a problem and despite it being Covid and Christmas, Beer Hawk have been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“can not fault them I order beer kegs always turns up on the time slot. Easy kegs returns, fast delivery and just love that I keep getting and collecting beer tokens keep up the good work. 5stars never had a issue”

“First order was damaged and you can't get hold of people on the phone but email was sent and replacement was sent out great product draft beer at home and the kegs are sent back for reuse £5 back on the kegs well done beer hawk”

“Their advent calendar was a huge hit with my dad. It's a great way for him to find new and unusual beers. Delivery was on time, which is great as my dad lives in the middle of nowhere and companies are often late delivering. He's since made subsequent orders and these have been very speedily delivered as well.”
