“Would recommend to all without doubt! Ordered a birthday present from Beer Hawk for my Brother In Law but when it came it had been damaged in transit. When I contacted Beer Hawk about this Louise had no hesitation in immediately dispatching a replacement which promptly arrived the next day in time for my Brother In Laws birthday. On top of that Louise said to keep any bottles that had survived from the origibal delivery for free, which was an extremely lovely gesture and one my BIL was over the moon with as was a couple of his favourites!! So, in all, great products and super customer friendly service - well done Louise and Beer Hawk!!”
