“Beer Hawk offer the best price available on the Perfect Draft system I has scoured the Internet for. Not only that, first time buyers get a discount, postage is free and they regularly offer great deals on Perfect Draft kegs, again with free postage and free returns. Also, they offer Beer Tokens as a reward for purchases, returns and reviews which can be used against future purchases. They seem highly organised, friendly and are keen to put the customer first. I couldn't speak more highly of them. Excellent.”

“I ordered beer with a free t-shirt, ordering 'medium' my size. The shirt arrived & it was tiny, a woman's size. I contacted your customer services explaining that you'd sent me a woman's t-shirt asking that you send me the correct item, I was bluntly told that these t-shirts were 'unisex' & my request was effectively ignored, I responded saying that I would not be using your service again unless resolved, I got no response. Very disappointing.”

“A really great collection of beer, delivered very quickly, but let down by inability to accurately describe their delivery options. Website promised that beer would be delivered by noon on Saturday, but this was unclear at the point of order (it stated standard delivery, with no mention of Saturday delivery). Actually somewhat surprised when I got a delivery notification from the courier saying that the delivery was due on the Saturday, but not before noon. I continue to persist with Beerhawk because the range of beer they stock is excellent, but they really need to sort out the delivery process so that they do what they say.”

Thanks for the feedback Robert. We are offering next day delivery if you order before noon, but the couriers do deliver up until 9pm. So apologies this got confused & you thought the delivery would be with you before noon on the Saturday. But am pleased it got to you the next day as promised. Cheers, Hannah
