“Beers that were said to be available when i placed my order were not available when it was despatched, implying not very good stock control. The beers were replaced with a different style of beer, which i was unhappy about. They said they had enclosed a credit voucher, so i could reorder the beers when they were next in stock, but they had failed to enclose the voucher. On complaining the voucher issue was rectified and doubled, so i have no complaints about their customer service. Hopefully with my next order their will be no problems.”

Yes, sorry for the delivery issues you had. The two packages became separated in the courier network and although the second was delivered the next working day that did span a weekend so they arrived 3 days apart. Hopefully you enjoyed the beers though! Many Thanks Louise

“Arrived quickly, a good selection of beers, hubby really enjoyed his birthday present. Only small gripe is the postage, perhaps would be better on a sliding scale, as not always spending £50 on a present for family.”

“Placed an order online from USA (to be delivered to a UK address). Transaction was painless and I was able to use my American debit card which isn't always the case, some companies won't accept a foreign card. Website was easy to navigate, great selection of beers and very fast delivery. My gift buying just got a whole lot easier as I will certainly be using Beer Hawk again.”

“Ordering process was easy, plenty of choices. 8 out of 10 for website. Navigation straightforward but home page a little bit busy. Used a gift voucher and made up difference with cash, again easy and automatic. Delivery process as promised and in 3 days, e-mail notified day and time. Ability to track driver progress a nice touch, allowing you to plan your time and not be sat around waiting. E-mail notification could have been more timely if sent the day before especially as it was timed at 08:05 for 10:30 - 11:30 delivery same day. Big Beery case contains a great selection mostly beyond the standard beers from supermarket shelves. Highly recommended, will use again.”
