“Had trouble with gift voucher...they sorted it quickly and without fuss. Also, ordered a beer that was out-of-stock, they substituted it with a similar one and gave me a £5 gift voucher for next time. Very reasonable and liekable company. Oh, and top beer!”

“Excellent customer service and really fast delivery on beers I can't buy anywhere else (other than going to visit my mum in Cologne, which is a most enjoyable, but slightly expensive, way to get a drink).”

“Great service, can't fault, easy to use website, extremely quick delivery and it was free ( most company's don't offer free next day, normally slow delivery is free), items came well packaged, will be using this store again.”
