“Really good service, arrived on time and the enclosed free magazine was great quality and worth a read. Only odd thing was the size of the cardboard box used to transport 4 x 330ml cans of beer - it would have held up to 30 cans. Seems a bit of a waste. OK so I guess most orders aren't for just 4 cans (my order was for a £10 secret Santa present) but I was surprised by the amount of unnecessary packaging (which presumably I funded through the delivery charge). Otherwise all good and the present was well received - thanks again ! :-)”

“Used Beer Hawk twice in two months. Fantastic product, unbelievably good customer service. The first time they contacted me as all my original order wasn't available. I let them use their discretion and experience in changing the order, wow how good where their replacements. The second order was made a week before Christmas, the order arrived , complete within two working days. Why buy boring beers from the supermarket when a huge range is available only a couple of days delivery away. Can't praise them enough. Jonathan, North Wales”

“My first item from Beer hawk was a gift and the glass was broken in the set. I emailed them to explain and they asked for no proof or photos. Just sent out a replacement meaning my mate got four beers rather than two! Great service!”

“There was a delay with delivery because of the time of year - Christmas - but I had emails from the company to let me know and with a voucher by way of an apology. I would certainly recommend Beer Hawk and will be using them again”
