“Ordered the new style beer club from Beer Hawk, showed up about 48 hours from ordering with an amazing selection of beers. I had a voucher code which I managed to make a mess of attaching when ordering, I phoned them up and they were good enough to apply it after the fact for me. Beer Hawk have a great selection of beers and the customer service is top notch.”

“Your service was great very prompt and what I ordered was all there BUT the delivery company you use are awful. Firstly, the time they said that they would deliver was incorrect by 6 hours and as a consequence no one was in and so I followed the instructions for a new delivery day but they actually delivered the day before this and again no one was in so they decided to leave two boxes with the words beer written on them on my door step, I live on a busy road in the middle of Birmingham, how they were still there when I got home was pure luck!”
