“Still not had my order placed before Christmas. Phoned twice and spine to rwo different people who said they would look into and German back to me. Still waiting!! Also sent an email and had no response!!! Feel like I've lost my money as no one seems to care!!!”

“Beer hawk delivered the beers at least 2 days earlier than expected which was a great service. I was kept notified at all time. They have a fantastic choice of products and a great delivery service. I will recommend to friends and family.”

“Great service even when there was a problem with delivery customer services sorted it quickly. Looking forward to seeing the range of kegs expanding but the Keg machine is great and perfect for parties.”

“The beer itself was great. But I was told it could take up to 5 days to process. Not a problem. 11 days later still no beer. Then the courier emails me on day 12 saying going to deliver. Track my delivery and it was delayed. Couldn't find my address apparently. After many phone calls, I tracked down my beer and had to pick up myself from depot.Just in case driver got lost”

“This is the second case of German weissbier I have ordered. Beer selection is excellent; ordering process straight forward; good communication about tracking order despatch and delivery and the beer arrived when it said it would in time to save me from Christmas TV. Full marks.”

“Just brilliant. was well happy with my Christmas selections. I'm by no means a connoisseur of beer but Beer Hawk is likely to turn me into one. i just browsed the beers using the filters and reading the reviews - bought a couple from each category. Others i just took a punt on like the marshmallow Porter Tiny Rebel's Stay Puft - even if you THINK you don't like porters you have to try this! Or Buxton's Red Raspberry Rye and Siren Pompelmocello (very grapefruity) - fruity but you never feel like you are drinking a novelty alco-pop type thing. The Mead was also well received in my household. Then some more traditional Pilsener's (Veltins) or pale ale (Saison Dupont) were just the ticket for casual drinking. Other highlights in my selection was Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, the Christmas Leffe and Leffe Radieuse and the Kwak and St Bernardus Christmas Ale. Was disappointed that they'd sold out of Deus (Champagne Beer) - but will buy early for next Christmas. Will definitely be back again in the mean time. Prices seemed more than reasonable - definitely no more expensive than a supermarket (with a much better choice) - especially if you spend over £50 and get free delivery. Also everything was packed beautifully in strong and nicely branded boxes - which is just the icing on the cake. great job Beer Hawk.”

“At first I was impressed with Beer Hawk. I wanted to purchase some beer for my husband for Christmas. I told them the sort of beer he likes and they selected based on this information. I heard nothing for a few days after I approved the choices and had to chase them up, worried my order wouldn't arrive before Christmas as at this stage the order hadn't been finalised and paid for. After they got back in touch with me, I ordered and was told a delivery date, which was ok as my husband would be at work. I was informed I would be sent an email when the order was dispatched and I would receive it the next day. Two days after the date due for delivery and I had still heard nothing. After three unanswered phone calls and an unanswered email, I finally spoke to someone on the phone and was told my beer was due to be delivered in the next hour. Great, seeing as my husband was in and the box had Beer Hawk written all over it. So much for the email saying it had been dispatched - I never got one. Won't be ordering from this company again. Too much hassle.”

Dan, That's not good and you should have been notified regarding the item. We are now putting processes in place to ensure this does not happen again. I have today ensured your refund is placed and apologise for the lateness of this as it is not the norm.
