“The products sold by Beer Hawk are excellent and the service is great too. I had a problem with delivery of one order (courier issues), but once I got to speak to the right person (easiest over the phone) everything was sorted out quickly and easily. Very satisfied and the perfect draft machine is fantastic. Cheers....”

“This was my second order with Beer Hawk which in itself speaks volumes. Many suppliers never see repeat business from me because of poor customer service. This is not the case with Beer Hawk. I am very happy with the level of customer care and service I have received so far. I will be using them in the future and would recommend friends and family do the same.”

“My husbands advent calendar arrived with a bottle having clearly been bust. After sending a picture and quick email to Beer Hawk, they overnighted another straight away with no questions asked. With sending bottles obviously these things can happen, but the immediate response was very appreciated!”
