Hi Stewart, Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery service. When I spoke to your colleague on the two occasions I explained that the delay was due to the Good Beer Guide not being received by us from the suppliers. I did offer an alternative or refund due to the delay, again sorry for your delivery expectations not been met in the time scale. Regards Louise

“Good company to do business with. Large selection of beers from around Britain and the rest of the world, their beer club is very good and very flexible. Loads of good beers I have never heard of and end up trying! They are very helpful when there are changes, or you need to contact them for anything else. Very friendly company.”

“Quality beer delivered on time. Only gripe is their choice of courier City Link who despite a clear instruction on the address label to leave with neighbours and to handle carefully decided to put my box in sideways in my black wheelie bin on top of rubbish bags.”
