“I like Beerhunter because they stock beers which are often difficult to get hold of. Prices could be a little cheaper but beggars can't be choosers when it comes to your favourite stouts! Quick delivery on each occassion I've ordered so far.”

“Glass ordered ok, but the glass itself was packed in a stupidly large box - could have fitted at least a dozen glasses in it. A conplete waste of packaging. And, as this is a gift, I now have to find a suitable box to wrap it in. Delivery was quick, though”

“I bought a beer voucher for my son-in-law and asked for it to be sent on his birthday. He still hasn't received it and my emails asking what is happening are not replied to. Beerhunter do not answer to their customer service phone.”

Hello, I am extremely sorry that your son has still not received the Gift Voucher purchased. I have flagged this with our IT team to find out why this has not been received, I will ask them to resolve this urgently.
