“My order of a St Bernard's Begium Beer gift pack arrived on time and was very well packed ( it had a glass with it ) The beers were all new to my husband and very much enjoyed. I enjoyed trying them as well which is unusual as I usually stick to wine !! So a very successful gift :)”

“I have always enjoyed the Belgian beers you have . Unfortunately my last delivery had a broken bottle and I sent pictures of the broken bottle . I was then asked to send photos of the packaging which I did and haven’t heard a word back . Won’t be buying any more unfortunately because of this .”

Hi Robert - I am sorry to hear there was damage to your order. I can see from the correspondence with Customer Services, an image was requested so we could investigate with DPD. Our orders are sent in Quality approved boxes to reduce damage and images are needed so DPD can be contacted.

“The product was as described but service is poor! Got a delivery date which came and went but customer services are only part time (only available until 2:30pm!) so take an age to respond. I got fobbed off in the response with another fake delivery date and no help. Eventually got delivered over the 3-5 working days stated on the website. Due to the lateness the gift was of no use to me so have had to return. What a waste of everyone’s time and money. Won’t be using again.”

Hi - Thank you for your purchase. I can see the correspondence with Customer Services was over the bank holiday weekend when the office was closed. An email and apology was sent due to a delay in your order being sent. I can see your order was delivered within the 3-5 working days delivery.

“Ordered a case on Sunday night, didn’t arrive until the following Saturday lunchtime, which was too late for the reason I ordered it. Customer service tried to tell me it had arrived on the Wednesday, when I sent them the tracking from DPD showing it was Saturday they stopped responding. Really poor service and I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Seems pretty disorganised. Tried them twice and both times the order was split without notification. Both times the second part didn't arrive. First time I got a quick refund. Still waiting to resolve second time round as all I'm getting is a confusing round of emails from DHL and no contact from Beerhunter at all. Needless to say, there won't be a third time!”
