I expected more variety to be honest. The picture suggested a Weissbier and the famous Berliner Weisse. I got the usual beers you get everywhere, three bottles of the same brand.

Positives were price of product and ease of ordering, also great variety of products. Negatives, paid nearly £5 for delivery of 3-5 days and was 7 days before I received it, communication was slow and couldn’t change delivery address with supplier. Great product at a good price but supply chain could be improved.

Hi Michael - thank you for your purchase and your review, I can see your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend (Saturday 29th May) when the office was closed. Your order was processed on the Tuesday when the office was open and delivered the next working day - Wednesday :-)

Good product and good delivery but I paid for it. Having purchased 24 where I mistakingly thought I had purchased 48 hence thought this was an amazing deal at £1 a can I was actually paying £2 a can (330ml). This was my error, but to add to my disappointment I then noted at my local M&S that the same product is available at £1.25 a can (and not on offer). I am all for making a profit but this is way over the top and makes the offer of free delivery a joke.

Well the beer I ordered and got is Brewdog Jack Hammer IPA 440ml at 7.2% ABV. Excellent. Decent price. Quick delivery. Steve Riches, Northampton, UK.

Ordered 12 beers only 9 turned up, packaging inside was a green garden waste bag. Not sure how the 9 beers made it to me unbroken

I paid a little bit extra for next day delivery, and great it came this time on time. But when you offer a free glass as if you order in the next few days you will get, and when delivered did not come. This happened last time I made a order. This time I ordered Budweiser budvar with the promise of a extra gift, and yet again no gift. If you offer a gift you should make sure you should send it.

Decent price for starter pack. Offers of free delivery were false. Tried to make contact through website to discuss and arrange refunds for delivery and still heard nothing back. Unlikely to use again.

prompt delivery but 2 bottles broken by courier, and a bit of a faff getting my refund on them. I suspect it was because I am a technophobe and duff information from delivery driver.

Very pleased with the beer and fast processing, wasn’t happy with being charged shipping as a new customer to find 12 hours later shipping was free. No reply to any emails.

Delivery arrived within 2 days. No reply off customer service when I emailed them a query? Beer was near end of life. Purchased October 2020 with a use by date of February 2021. Apart from that enjoyed my purchase.

Disappointing they couldn’t get their beer here before last weekend as I did pay for next day. Missed the cut off time on opening web page. Once the cut off time has gone you shouldn’t be given that option when you get to checkout. As my work do... Couldn’t refund the cost which I felt was wrong and this was made quite bluntly. Thought they’re could of been some leeway for a new customer...Then you get an e-mail saying we’ll put some goodies in the box to compensate the misunderstanding. Nothing received in the box. Think I’ll be sticking with my normal beer supplier going forward.

Order arrived with 2 of the 12 bottles, lids still on, but virtually empty. The box was soggy . Parcelforce had picked them up, put them down, attempted to deliver, returned to depot etc etc despite my request for them to drop them at my local post office. I don't think I can blame Beer Hunter but Parcel Force have let them & me down

Beers where fantastic . Delivery quick and well tracked. Would love to have given 5 stars but the stein glass was uneven and wobbled on and straight surface. Not ideal with a litre of beer inside. Would have sent it back but I too eagerly opened the beer. The stein was the only let down for me
