Product is fine, service poor. I paid extra for “next day” delivery but it took 3 days. When I complained (because it was a birthday gift) didn’t get apology, my order was not “pulled through “ so that made it alright.

Hi, I am sorry you feel that the service is poor, as previously investigated your order was processed at 12.18, missing the 12pm cut off for next day delivery. The order was despatched on time the following day and delivered next day. Customer services did explain this and expressed that they were sorry to hear you were disappointed, no contact was made to inform you of delivery as it was made on time. It is great to hear that you are happy with the product.

Firstly the phone service is absolutely awful. Then after sending an email about a query I had, I was very impressed with the quick response. Unfortunately when the issue was explained, my email to resolve the confusion was ignored.

Good Value for Money, but I was disappointed that the Stout was short dated especially as I’d purchased 48 Cans !!

I had orldered a special note as it was a wedding present Note note to say congradulations to named people on card I have emailed company!!! No answer to email-poor poor poor Happy with boxed bottle and nameson box

Was very pleased with the item and the delivery, on the negative side was expecting the glass to be in a box but wasn't?

Thanks for the great review Martin, I am sorry it didn't arrive as expected, we did have stock of the boxed glasses last year however this year we received them in different packaging.

I ordered a box of beers as a birthday gift. The website said delivery was 5 working days. Unfortunately the delivery wasn't received for 7 working days, so the birthday gift was late.

Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear your disappointment with the delivery time, your order was despatched on the 5th working day and delivered on the 6th. We are normally much quicker with our despatch times but we were experiencing high volume of orders at that time.

Usually reliable but this time cans were set instead of bottles which I had ordered. Customer Srrvices gave me 10 per cent refund which was okay.

Thanks for the review David, sorry you were disappointed with the substitution, we would usually try and contact the customer before despatch for approval but it isn't always posible when we are busy packing orders to get out of the door. We hope you enjoy the beer 😊🍻

I have checked your order and can see it was despatched on the 5th working day, we are usually much quicker than this unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders or there are stock issues.

I thought the delivery process from when ordered and received was quite long. Way longer than other companies

Hi Donna Thank you for your review, I have had a look into the delivery time and you placed your order on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, standard delivery was selected which means it is despatched within 3 to 5 working days, we despatched it on day 4 for delivery next day which was a Saturday. Normally, we can despatch orders quicker than this but we were experiencing a high volume of orders at that time due to the bank holiday weekend. Please be aware we do offer a next day delivery service on some of our lines which only costs £1 more than our standard delivery. I order this in advance of my Dad's birthday and was surprised to find that it had been delivered. Apparently it was a technical hitch. I ordered 2 crates of beer which arrived in 1 box. This was too big for my old dada to handle and so had to live in the hallway.

Hi, I understand you have already been in contact with Customer Services, your order was despatched on time and the courier failed to notify you that it had arrived, sorry for your disappointment with this, I can put in a complaint with them. With regards to the beer being in one box, we usually send these in one box to keep our customers prices to a minimum. Two carriage charges would have to be paid if two boxes are required as we have to pass our carriage charges onto our customers. We really hope your Dad enjoys his beers. Kind regards, Sue

Good service but some of the imported beers (moose head lager) have a short shelf life and need to be consumed by may 2024, only 2 months after receiving them.

I have been asked to review my order Due to the order being damaged in transit by the courier the order was cancelled. I was asked would I like it replaced or refunded. I opted for a refund which was promptly received. Better luck next time

Hi Neil Apologies, the email was sent in error and this will be investigated by our technical team. We use specially designed inserts for our shipments which are courier approved and we have every faith that our orders will arrive as they are despatched, and I am sorry this has not been the case for you. We are a small family run company who prides ourselves on quality products, service and delivery and I am truly sorry the latter has let us down. Great service, quick delivery, good value and choice, BUT terrible packaging. I ordered a mixed case for a present and thought it would arrive in a nice box but no. The recipient was still very happy. "You don't drink the packaging" as he said!

Thank you for ordering with Beerhunter, I am sorry you were not happy with the packaging. We use our Beerhunter branded boxes and the specially designed inserts as they are approved by our courier meaning we have less breakages and our beer arrives in perfect condition to you. Got an email saying my beer would be delivered on 25th it arrived on 29th I will not use again I’ll go back to my usual supplier

Paid for next day delivery then got an email to say they were unable to honour that, but to be fair to them they reimbursed that payment but it still took over a week to receive my purchase.
