“This item is not a 250ml glass. I ordered two for a Christmas gift and i have received two 330ml glasses. Im sure others would be happy but these needed to be the sizes described to fit in a holder in a camper van. Not only this, i payed £8 delivery to get them in time for christmas. I am now out of pocket, without a gift and customer services are closed until Monday and may not even reply for 48 hours of receiving my email. So i know this will not be rectified in time for christmas. Beyond disappointing.”

Hi, sorry to hear your disappointment, it looks like there was a picking error in the warehouse and the wrong sizes glasses were sent. I have checked customer services and can see that this has been resolved, apologies it didn't get sorted in time for Christmas. Kind regards, Sue

“I bought 2 mixed cases one beer and one lager, really disappointed in the lager, literally 3 different ones that’s it. Hardly mixed cases like the beer one. Bought the same for gifts last year and had a nice selection”

“Great Value, and service! I had to hunt the internet for the specific, refreshing lemon shandy we'd enjoyed in Spain, was hard to get in the UK. Some of my items were missing but Beerhunter quickly sent those over, after an email to their customer Services Team. Will 100% use them again!”

“Sadly a negative review when I try yo phone and talk to someone at Bear Hunters no one answers I've emailed in the past regarding a issue with a certain brand of beer but sadly again no reply.So to close not happy with customer relations but you supply the brand I enjoy so sadly I have to suck it up..”
