“The beer was delivered securely and well packaged. The beer was as anticipated.. So the only gripe I have is it took quite a while to turn up. I did get a 5% discount on next order due to delay. I’m not sure I’ll use this service again due to delivery.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review, our standard delivery is despatched within 5 working days, we are usually much quicker than this however we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders due to the time of year, despatch is sometimes taking a little longer..😊🍻

“item came very well packed and arrived on time, absolutly great item for any whisky lover or farthers day present, the tast is divine and gives the tast buds a very good sprinkle of scotland, and the case it comes in is very well made and looks great.”

“I ordered some beers on a Saturday. The website was showing ''that delivery would be Tuesday''. I ordered and at checkout it said delivery would be five days (or so I thought) but infact it is 5 working days after the beers have been dispatched which is a longer lead time than the original pull advert!! I sent an impatient email asking where my beer was and I had a quick and polite reply explaining where I had gone wrong with my expectation of swift beer delivery. They arrived safely but not on the advertised Tueday! PLEASE remove this misleading pop up. Your delivery costs are pricey and so be honest. Many thanks”

With regards to delivery, I have checked your order and can see it was despatched on the 5th working day on a next day courier service, we are usually much quicker despatching than this but we have experienced a high volume of sales lately and the packing time has taken a little longer. “I ordered the box with merry Xmas on it and the 2 names, the box had the names but not merry xmas I also ordered 1 x red & 1 x white wine but received 2 red wine, so was quite disappointed”

“Was disappointed I placed two orders of 8 beers that came with a glass but both orders were sent in one box I was hoping they would be sent in separate boxes as they are for two different people this now means I am having to buy two boxes so I can send them out separately”

“A very good web site, easy to navigate, with minimal delays due to the number of folks on it. Wide choice of beers available of every possible variation. For myself the main weakness is the minimal variety of gluten free beer. Look around the web- they're there, but not here. This four Star for me, not five. Very good after sales communication with delivery on time and as predicted. Prices are ok and very good in the sales.”
