“I placed an order for some German beer. One of the boxes was a mixed box of 12 that I bought as a Christmas for someone. It said it comes with a free glass and bottle opener, these never came which was a shame really as it would of made a nice Christmas present. I did contact customer service about this being missing and was told they would be sent out right away, still nothing has been received. Would have given 4 stars had I received the glass and bottle opener with my order. I ordered a mixture of German beers which are all really nice and definitely a great treat for the festive season and not too expensive, cheaper than a pint of it from the Christmas markets anyway!”

“Poorly let down by your delivery company. Having lost one package. 2nd has failed to arrive when due. Unfortunately you chose Hermes for this delivery which has failed to get to me again!”

“The package arrived on time, however the box was open and when opening the tin items clearly did not fit, it looked as though things had been shoved in there with not a single care; the protective/decorative paper wasn’t even separated properly an easy thing to do. I’ve had to empty the tin and present it my self. And to top it off the tin is dinted on the outside”
