“I bought a Google pixel 9 from the Virgin store in Red Deer which closed shortly afterwards. Bahjat had been through and helpful with the right equipment and discounts. The phone had issues and I was transferred to the Bell store in Bower mall. Bahjat and the assistant manager (both had their jobs transferred to the Bell store) thoroughly addressed my issue, replaced the phone and did not charge a new reset fee. I was very happy with the level of service I received. (I was unhappy with Virgin's accountability regarding an irresponsible agent who'd caused the problem in the first place; I still had to pay hundreds to upgrade) but these staff members worked it out for me.”
