“Nice but I would prefer small clipin small strips”

“I’ve been using Bellamy hair extensions for the last three years or so. I love the color it matches my hair perfectly and your customer service has been great. What I have been noticing is the are not lasting as long as they used to. They are tangling within a month and a half. Not sure what is going on. If it wasn’t for the short life span I’d give a 10. I still currently but because i have not been able to find a color match.”

“The hair itself is good quality, but the color was significantly off compared to the photos online. I was pretty disappointed when I opened the package. I’m still deciding whether to return it or have my stylist try to adjust the color to better match my hair. I’ve worn sew-ins for years and was hoping to give my scalp a break by trying Bellami for special occasions. Based on my experience, I would rate the hair quality a 4, but the color accuracy a 2. Overall, I would give this product a 3 out of 5.”

“I've been a customer of Bellamy for the last 7 years but I've noticed within the last year the quality is not the same one time I had to take 2 boxes back because they were completely A disaster and the company did a test and they agreed that this is not up to their standards and they gave me 2 boxes for free to replace that Which I appreciate but then I buy another box and although the hair is better it's not how it used to be. The quality is just not the same can you please get Bellamy to the standards that it used to be.”

“I have been using extensions for the past 10 years. Throughout the years I've tried different brands but have always came back to Bellami when money wasant "tight" . I always considered them to be high quality or the "luxury" hair brand, IMO. However, this recent purchase of my 20" jet black clip ins, has left me quite disappointed. The hair feels like a mixture of synthetic and remy human hair. I thought maybe after a good wash they would feel normal but that was not the case. They tangle real easily,feel plasticy and the ends start to look choppy unless you are constantly brushing them out . I fear they are not worth the price point and this might be my last time buying from Bellami.”

“THE PHOTO OF THE PLATINUM BLONDE SEEMED WHITER. THE CLIP INS HAD A YELLOW COLOR TO IT. THE HAIR IS SOFT AND BEAUTIFUL, BUT COLOR NOT SAME AS PHOTOS. I OPENED THE BOX SO KEPT THEM AS THEY ARE NON RETURNABLE ONCE BOX OPENED. I STILL RECOMMEND BELLAMI HAIR - THEY ARE AWESOME. CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT”

“I feel your customer service isn't the best. I sent an email. They did email asking more information I did provide but never heard back. I'm ready to make my final order but really looking for an answer back before I place so little disappointmented”

“I had two orders of chocolate brown extensions come in and they were very green we had to color when they should have matched perfectly. I also have another person whose infinity wefts are falling apart and not even 7months old. Color has been very inconsistent and quality is not lasting as long as they used to.”

“The quality of the hair is truly amazing—soft, full, and luxurious. However, I was disappointed with the color. The blonde highlights at the bottom were quite harsh and didn’t blend well. Unfortunately, it didn’t resemble a natural or classy blonde balayage and lacked the elegance I was hoping for.”

“Honestly used to love BELLAMI and would only use their hair but within the last 3 months I’ve noticed how the quality of the hair has really gone down. The hair is now more expensive for more shedding, tangles and rougher feel to the hair. I finally made the tough decision to switch brands after having clients complain.”
