“I do love the tape-ins for my client. However, I will say the adhesive part I’m disappointed in. I’m going to be purchasing adhesives but not through your company.”

“seems to be good quality, but it’s not as thick as it used to be. I had a set, of clip in extension over five years ago I ordered . It looks more thinner. I did get the five or seven piece clippings extension. The density of the hair not thick anymore”

“got the seamless silk seam clip ins for my wedding in 2026. my hairstylist recommended the pearl blonde highlight color. the roots perfectly match my cool toned blonde hair, but the ends are too light. luckily we can color them darker since they are human hair. i have medium to fine hair, and the pack comes with SO MUCH HAIR! i also ordered the 22” length (i am 6’ tall and wanted them to hit just under my bust) and they are way way longer than i expected. overall, the ways they didn’t meet my expectations are by my own error in ordering, but are all issues that can be sorted out with my hairstylist. better to have too much hair than too little, and better to be too light than too dark since you can’t bleach them. BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION is to have your hairstylist help you cut and color them to blend to your natural hair, i know im going to love them after my appointment.”

“The hair quality is not bad, however the back of the hair tangles a lot, and it is not something that is common with brand new set of hair extensions (I have been wearing clip in hair extensions for more than 10 years now, and never had an issue with tangling with the brand new set). It blends nicely though, but that is probably due to the fact I bought mine in store in NYC, and the very kind shop assistant helped out a lot with the color suggestion.”

“I think the hair is amazing! I had emailed customer service because I hadn’t gotten the sample weft and was afraid to open the box to look. anyway, we had that sorted quickly, but the amount of hair that was recommended prior to my purchase was too much which was disappointing as it was costly and can’t use all the hair at once and/or return after opened. Then after my purchase that’s when i received a code to save money on it… which is a bit late as i couldn’t use it.”

“The product is beautiful. Very well constructed. The hair is in beautiful, strong, healthy condition. Color is fantastic & absolutely perfect for me. The only issue is that there is no manufacturer instructions or information to take into consideration how much original hair & how thick your own ponytail must/should be to accurately attach this product. The woven base/seam is simply too big for the amount of hair I have in a ponytail to attach it too. This should be reflected in the information prior to purchase.”

“Bellami PRO was absolutely amazing when I started using 5 years ago. Since then I feel like the color selection has greatly improved, the infinity weft make customization much easier, however, I have had complaints from more than 75% of the last 10 orders for matting at the spine which almost always requires a reinstall , tangling which makes move ups hard, and extreme color discoloration (to the warm side typically) to the point that their left over hair is up to 5 shades different and they must purchase new hair at their 2 month mark or change their own hair color. All of clients use SULFATE FREE, usually Bellami, and minimal heat with healthy hair. They are pushing to find another line that is more consistent for their money however they respect my opinion and I have stuck with Bellami and made them feel more comfortable with the great warranty.”
