“We have had a terrible experience with Bellami's customer service pertaining to the transition to Bellami x Halo Couture hair extensions. The customer service has done nothing to help us other than to recommend we buy a new Halo Pro even though we have a purchased this specific Halo 3 weeks ago. Bellami did not communicate changes to the Halo until after they had advertised to the public - not to salons. There was no way of knowing that they had changed it and customers who ordered the week before the change happened received a much different product than what was expected. Now there is supposedly nothing that can be done to help this customer who spent A LOT of MONEY!!!! Hello!!!!!! Very disgusting and I would not recommend them because of the lack of support!”

“Last year I ordered hair from this company and there were so many split ends I had to have 3” cut off. I still spent hours going through the hair as there were 100’s more that were split 6” up the shaft. I thought perhaps it was a fluke? This year I ordered again and same thing. Hundred and hundreds of split ends. Never again will I spend money on hair that needs to be cut 3-6”! The first order never arrived so I had to order again and also had to change my hair appointment because I had to wait for a 2nd order. The first order has never arrived.”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered hair from Bellami and something was wrong.. This color is so gray. It makes absolutely no sense because I just ordered this exact color for my client and put it in her hair and it looks great and then I just ordered the same exact color for myself and there is no way that these are the same color. Mine is completely gray. The hair has already went up in price and I don’t know if this was a bad batch of hair or what but I am so mad that I spent that much money on hair that looks nothing like it should.”

“Ordered 2 faux ponytails that I had to return because they way they are made, just doesn't make sense. The amount of hair on the ponytails (160g) is a lot, so they are heavy with just one small flimsy comb clip to put in your hair which dd not stay, then the velcro to wrap the ponytail around your hair is so thin and short, it is impossible to stay on your head securely for any length of time. The ponytail just dragged down, feeling too heavy not being secure at all. The hair was also too shiny making it look fake and it had an odor similar to hair dye. I do have the Bellami human hair clip in extensions and those were fine but the ponytails I would not recommend.”

“The quality of the hair went drastically down after 1 wash. I am a hairstylist, deciding which hair to use for my clients and all I can say is I’m very disappointed. I use a heat protectant, masks and brush often. There’s no reason it should be snarled and dry. It is not luxury hair.”

“I’ve been purchasing the same Bellami hair extensions for years. I was highly disappointed with my last order. The extensions were extremely thin, so thin that my old set was thicker than my new ones. Extremely disappointed, the prices went up and quality went down, won’t be purchasing again.”
