“Overall I like the quality of the hair I received. I am not thrilled about the limited options in color, and I think the sample piece needs to be larger. When your customers are spending $400+ on extensions it would be nice of Bellami to extend a courtesy and include a larger test piece, so you can actually see if the hair matches before you void the warranty for exchanges by opening the box. The test piece is too small and thin and doesn’t help the customer visualize what there hair will look like overall. I purchased the curly extensions you recently came out with. I am upset about the lack of color choices overall for this product. My hair would have matched perfectly with the ash brown, but I had to get an ombré because that was the only thing that was close to the color of my hair. I was disappointed to see that the ombré was so far down on the strand once I opened the box. There were no example photos of the product I bought being worn on your site and no zoomed out picture of the strand. Considering what a popular brand Bellami is, I am shocked at the very limited amount of photos you have on your site. Lastly, I was disappointed that the texture does not match all the curl patterns you claim it does. I have essentially had to change the texture of the extensions by braiding them in order to get them to match my 3A curl pattern.”

“Ordered on March 22, paid $80 in additional fees and duties to fedex, and it’s still not arrived. Super lame. Can’t comment on the extensions I have no faith they are actually coming, it’s been a month.”

“I’ve used Bellami for YEARS for my extensions. I have to say, I’m extremely under impressed the last time or two around. The hair quality has gone way down, the grams of hair feel much thinner, and proceed to feel even more thin, each time. Really disappointed.”
