“J’ai été déçu de ma dernière commande pour des cheveux wavy qui sont raides finalement après le lavage. J’ai dû rembourser ma cliente. (Je n’ai rien à dire sur la qualité des cheveux de mes dernières commandes). Je trouve malheureusement que le service en France n’est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pas de commercial ou d’interlocuteurs français, le site est mal traduit, et ce n’est pas acceptable pour une marque haut de gamme.”

“This was my first and probably my last time buying Bellami hair. I ordered the Bellissima 220g 22" Sterling Silver extensions. The picture online shows this beautiful silver color, which isn't far from my natural color. What I got was brassy silver with a green hue. Luckily, my daughter is in beauty school and she toned the green out. The color was still very different from what I wanted, but I had no choice as I had thrown out the VoMor tape-ins I had been wearing for almost a year. My daughter was able to blend them in so they didn't look horrible. After wearing them for a few days I noticed a brown thread hanging down. At that point I was done. I ordered another brand and trashed the Ballami ones.”

“Quality has gone down hill. Hair used to be nice quality but feels like plastic now. Don’t know what happened but my last 2 sets have felt like this. Was also charged twice but receive one set of extensions. Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no reply. What happened?”

“The air director tips fall off very easily. The magnets are extremely weak. As a hairdresser and if it accidentally tips the brush it falls on the floor. Then I have to go rinse it. Very irritating”

“Unfortunately dealing with the same issue I dealt with before with Bellami clip ins. They start off wonderful - smooth and thick, and after the first wash they turn into a tangled mess. I’m washing them the way the directions describe, and using high quality shampoo and conditioner, and it makes no difference. I stopped ordering from Bellami for this reason 2 years ago, but decided to give them another try, but it’s the same issue. Very frustrating.”

“I got these with the intentions of just using them for special occasions but It’s impossible to wear them. They knot and tangle super easy and separate awful. I’ve tried curling them differently but the hair separates and it’s obvious you have clip ins in. I’ve used the sewn in wefts and those are ok- I had high hopes for these just because I wanted something for the in between having my wefts out but wanting just a little more hair for events. Definitely not what i expected at all.”

“I’m very unsatisfied with the quality of the hair. It’s not like it used to be and it gets very tangled. I’m not sure ever order again. I spent a ton of money to buy myself as a stylist hair to advertise my business and as a birthday present and it’s terrible.”

“This is my first time trying the silk extensions … I love how they look when clipping in as they lay flat on my head instead of sticking out but they are very thin… I have a lot of hair but it is fine and it still is very notable when wearing these extensions. I’m also surprised to see that the two single clip pieces weren’t included. I’ve bought Bellami in the past which always included them but I guess the silk ones don’t? Or maybe they just stopped doing that altogether? Idk.. it takes a lot of work to make them look good and I can’t return them now that I’ve taken them out and saw how thin they were but whatever ..”

“I ordered one of the ponytail clip ins. The product quality was good so I would be open to ordering a different product. I rated a bit lower because it was honestly too heavy to wear. It hurt and because I don’t have thick hair, it was very hard to secure.”

“I have purchased twice my biggest issue with the hair is the top how the hair is super short on the top and pokes the skin and with time it gets worse . I have had extensions where there hair doesn’t break on the top or pokes . No happy wish they had hair that doesn’t have hair on the top of the extension that pokes”
