“Better off buying hair from Amazon, this overpriced junk is unwearable. Tangled mess on the first wear. Won’t purchase from this brand again. When I sent an email explaining my frustrations, they didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. Told me I could return the hair if it wasn’t worn, this company has gone downhill FAST”

“I ordered the braided head band...it might be ok if it were the right color but it turned out to be a brassy orange. I can't use it and I don't know if you accept returns. The price plus shipping made it an expensive mistake.”

“I have purchased many times from here. This is now the second time I’m having a severe quality issue. The clips seem flimsy and won’t grip like a new set typically would and like last time the hair seems poor quality and is shedding like crazy .”

“have purchased hair from here many times before but unfortynatly my last purchase was terrible!! Not at all up to the bellami standard and price. Hair quality was straw like and sheds way more than it should. Very displeased and have been purchasing this brand for years and now need to make a switch.”

“I decided to give Bellami another chance and bought these extensions twice, assuming my first set was just a bad batch. Sadly, both times the hair became matted after one use. The quality does not reflect what is advertised or what the reviews led me to expect.”
