“my order was lost in the mail. Now waiting for carrier to help. was ordered for a clients wedding and am now scrambling trying to find what I need and praying the mail carrier comes through. Super unhappy with lack of support from Bellami. They see its lost and wont send out new order.”

“The extensions used to last me 1 year before I had to replace them but now they last me 4 months and they get matted so easily. Their quality has gone down. I’m going to start looking for another brand of extensions.”

“HORRIBLE! I ordered the set of strawberry blonde clip ins and after washing while attempting to style, multiple hairs were MELTING on the barrel and on the other hairs, not to mention there were multiple black hairs in the wefts. Customer service would not replace or do anything to make it right other than offer a $50 gift card, I just want to get what I paid for. I do not feel like this is right and I will be telling everyone I know not to use hair from here.”

“I never received my order. The tracking number provided was invalid so we couldn’t figure out where the order is. This is while I paid for the most expensive shipping option. When I contacted the customer service they were the least bothered and not very helpful. I do love the hair extensions quality and always have great experience in the store but my online experience has been disappointing.”

“I am beyond furious and disappointed with Bellami Hair! I spent almost $400 on hair extensions that looked NOTHING like the color shown on their website! The product I received was completely different — not even close to what I ordered! When I tried to return the extensions immediately, I was shocked to find out returns are not allowed! How is that even acceptable for a luxury brand?! To make things even worse, there is NO phone number to reach anyone — only email — and guess what? NO ONE has bothered to respond to me! It’s been days and still no reply! This has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. Bellami’s customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers once they have your money. I feel completely cheated and scammed. I would NEVER recommend Bellami Hair to anyone. Save yourself the heartbreak, stress, and financial loss! For a brand that claims to be “luxury,” this is pure theft and false advertising. Bellami, you owe me a FULL refund and FREE return shipping IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, I will continue to share my experience across every review platform available. DO BETTER.”

“Hi, I made order from Bellami on March, and I have paid the 20$ as delivery cost, then when I received the package, FedEx asked me to pay 102$ as delivery fees, so I contacted Bellami, they asked me to pay the extra charging fees and they will return my money back, then I found the hair extension color doesn’t match my hair color so I returned and they deduct 50$ from my previous payment, And when I order a new hair extension, I paid again to FedEx 102$, And till now I didn’t receive my 204$ I have paid for FedEx as extra delivery charges since 2 months, since March I am waiting to receive my money back from Bellami, I am very disappointed and I lost my trust and I will never recommend Bellami to any of my friends, plz try to solve my problem, thank u”

“The color match did not work. I can't wear them without dying them because they are a lot warmer then my natural hair, and I don't want to damage the hair by dying them. I'll probably never wear them. :(”

“Unfortunately, my experience with you wasn't the best. I ordered my extensions well in advance for a very important event. Not only did they send me the wrong order, they also took so long to send me the ones I ordered. I still don't have them and I've been waiting for three weeks. I also emailed you to ask for express shipping, but you haven't responded. By the time I get them, the event I had planned will have already passed.”

“Ordered my hair 2 weeks ago-they have yet to be shipped. Was told the warehouse is closed and not sure when will be reopened. Yet they took my payment- they’re unable to ship my product. This is unacceptable and I need a refund, as I have ordered extensions elsewhere and am have already received them.”
