“I have ordered Bellamy for Years. I am VERY disappointed this time. I immediately got lice from these. The ones that weren’t opened yet, were stored in a zip loc bag, so when I went to the live clinic, they examined the ones I had never even worn that were in a zip loc. sure enough!!! I would love at the least another set, that are thoroughly inspected and up to the quality that I expect from Bellami after spending thousands an over the years! Wasted $300.00 and didn’t receive the correct color this time. VERY dissatisfied”

“Very disappointed pictures of the length is very deceiving! That girl in the photo must me 5 foot as I’m 5’9 and the length of the hair on me is above the middle of my back bit the length it shows in the photo”

“Gets tangled super quick and shed like crazy. Now i remembered why Istopped purchasing from Bellami. I thought maybe the quality change but still the same from before. Hair is not 100% human hair as i found couple white hairs that seem to be synthetic/plastic.”

“I ordered 22inch 220 gram human hair clip in extensions that were also "Last Chance." I received a neon purple synthetic ponytail. After a ton of panic and many attempts to get in touch with someone from customer service, I finally received an email with return instructions. No explanation. No hair extensions. Currently waiting for my refund. It was honestly such a bad experience that I thought I was being scammed. I have never bought hair from anyone else, but I will never order anything from BellamiHair ever again.”

“I've had bought BELLAMI in the past and it was amazing. I have now bought the new silk kit and it left me completely disappointed. Hair is frizzy, crispy and already damaged after one wash, the old one is still perfect after 2 years. The new one already has a broken clip and the invisible attachment looks terrible (you can see it more than the old one... omg. It doesn't stay near the head but it looks wobbly). I'm so disappointed, too bad I've washed it and I can't return it.”

“The ponytail clip and velcro to secure it is just not enough. It's flimsy and awkward to do. It's only good for women that have a natural big ponytail. Also you cannot return if you have opened the box??? How else I am gunna see what the quality and colour is like without opening it? Overated Overpriced and just not enough hair for the price you pay. Lacks quality, disappointed because I have ordered few times now and LOVE the extenstions but this have just been the biggest let down for me. Really have changed my opinions on bellami hair 🙁”

“ordered a weft… ordered two… got two clip ins… not at all a west. for 500 bucks. waste of money and hair. not at all what I ordered or color that I ordered, was going to send back, but I was going to have to pay the shipping for both pieces and it’s not worth the trouble. Especially when they said they weren’t going to give me a full refund. never order from here again”

“Would not order from them again nor would I recommend to anyone. I had first ordered ash blond clip in extensions. They came in and were more of a honey warm blond. I contacted them to try and exchange them but I was a few days off on the 30 days for return due to the date starting at the time you ordered. This only gave me about 10 days to see if the hair color matched and see if my stylist was about to work with the color since it was not an ash blond. They did let me return them and that was 19 days ago. They tried to tell me the hair was returned damaged but it was never opened other than the sample hair. I have not received a refund nor the hair back. They do not answer your messages or contact you back. I guess I am out $307. I hope this saves someone else’s bank account!”

“Actually, I'm broken hearted. Since I've had the very expensive wig I have suffered the embarrasment of having to wear this cheap looking wig. I choose a payment arrangement to make it more affordable so, I cannot purchase another wig right now. Eventhough I carefully followed the recommended maintenance of the unit, it is awful and ugly. The awful frizziness and shedding of this so-called "Remy" hair is inexcusable. I know the difference between remy hair and blended hair and this is definitely not what I paif for. No wonder they kept trying to get me to rate the wig early in the purchase but I decided to let time tell and time told me that this was a total waste.”
