“My call was with Dan/Daniel He was very knowledgeable explaining a product that suits my budget and life term We did have a few laughs throughout filling my details in but I think it’s important for the customer to feel valued ( I and he was conscious of the time he had to wrap up the call) I worked in telesales and always thought the customer was rushed and felt devalued Moving forward as your company for you is always make the customer feel valued , and they will pass their experience on I certainly did few valued and will be passing my experience on Thanku”

“Gentleman I dealt with was extremely pleasant. My circumstances are not the easiest as my work has a significant demand so my policy was organised over a few weeks with several calls. Got more cover for the same price as my existing policy as it was originally set up for mortgage and add-ons so my partner has something if the worse happened. By consolidating into one policy gave a larger pay out. Just need to watch the Mrs now and hope she don't push me down the stairs at any point lol. I'll keep this quiet just in case.😉”

“I was very happy with the manner in which I was being questioned about trying to get new cover as my existing life Insurance runs out next year. Because of my health I could not renew my policy. The people that dealt with me were very polite and friendly. Where I failed to get Insurance beyond 65yrs old they had no problem getting me an affordable policy that suits my needs. I am really happy in the way I was treated and how they made sure I understood everything that was happening step by step. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who like me was denied a policy due to my health and age. Yours Thankfully Alan D Murray”
