“Excellent service from Luke. Very polite and friendly, despite having to read off so much material, no doubt more times than anyone would like to have to. A really quick turn around from submitting the online form to getting the call back to getting my life insurance policy sorted and the emails through from the insurance provider to confirm. Would recommend for anyone looking to change their life insurance. Everything was fully explained to me in a way I could understand to ensure I am paying for exactly what I want and need.”

“I was contacted today by a member of your time and transferred to a very nice young gentleman called Luke; he took details, was very polite and a really personable sounding fellow. Unfortunately I am not eligible for insurance at the moment but he provided great information as to another company who will be able to take me on in the future. Luke immediately took note of my request pertaining to my hearing impairment and overall came across as very eager to help and very caring, which is refreshing in such a money-driven environment as insurance!
