Deborah Hi, I am sorry you have not received your order yet. I have just tracked it. It was shipped in a timely manner - but for was delayed by UPS. Here is the tracking number: 1Z039EE10396046451 - It was "Stuck" in California from 12/6/2016 till today. It is actually on the UPS truck for delivery today (12/13/2016). Since the delay was due to UPS - please consider changing your review. Sincerely, Benny

“we ordered metal candle holders for menorahs we were making in the classroom. The candles did not fit in them. They were too large. When I called customer service I was told that I ordered the cheap ones and the other ones say that candles fit snugly in them. That makes no sense. If you are selling Chanukah candle holders the candles should fit. If not, don't sell them. I bought the other more expensive ones and was told that to get a refund I would need to send the others back but that it wouldn't really make sense to return them because the cost of shipping would be too high. Good customer service would have been to charge me the difference between the two products, to apologize and tell me to keep the original order. This was a very negative experience”

“The order came quickly and was packed well. We ordered some plain tzedakah containers to decorate and some wooden menorahs to decorate. These are the menorahs. https://www.tjssc.com/build-your-own-upright-menorah-project-pack-of-10/ Also ordered decorative supplies for the crafts, including glitter glue and wood markers. All arrived intact and the materials are very good. Here's why my review is only 3 stars: the menorah kit included three pieces- a base, a top, and candle holders. The base and top were VERY hard to put together. The kit included very tiny pieces of sandpaper to sand down the top so it would fit into the base. This is really poor design and made the whole process frustrating! I used these for a very busy event, so it really would have been nice to have pieces that fit together without much time and effort. Finally, it's not explained well that the candle holders are separate and need to be glued on, which certainly added yet another step to the arduous process. The kids and families did love the materials and the decorative supplies I provided, but they could have been a lot easier to assemble.”

I am sorry you were frustrated with the item. I will instruct the manufacturer to make the slit in the base a bit larger, so it will go in easier. Regarding the metal bases - Even tough it was mentioned in the description and is clearly visible in the image of the parts of the Menorah, that the metal candle bases are not glued on, I have now added a sentence making it even clearer. It is the whole idea of an arts & craft item.

We have about 50 new items for this Chanukah alone. You ordered on the 17th - You chose the cheapest shipping option " Delivered in 5 - 12 business days " - and got you package 7 business days after (There was Thanksgiving in the middle). Sincerely, Benny

“I placed an order and received a few of the items but never received the rest - when I called because the email sent to me said my order was complete I was told one item was unavailable and the other would ship soon. Nothing on the one that was suppose to ship and until I asked no email that one item was unavailable. Please let me know when the rest of my order will ship.”

Cynthia Hi, I am very sorry about your bad experience. I looked at your order, and realized that some of the items you ordered were discontinued, and that we forgot to remove them from our website. I apologize for that. Please note that we have not charged you for the items you have not received - but in any case it is disappointing to receive an order were not all the items are available. We do our best to minimize that, and to immediately notify the customer when an item from their order is not available, but since we carry about 4,000 different items it may happen from time to time. “Thanks so much for the darling Torahs. The quality is superb and the text is legitimate! They were delivered quickly, safely and without wasted packaging. We give these Torahs to our kindergarteners as a concecration gift and it's a highlight of their year. We have our ceremony right before our Simchat Torah celebration and the kids dance with their new sacred Torahs in the center of the circle with the adults and the big Torahs. Circles of congregants dance around them and it's a magical and meaningful moment! Can't wait to present them to the kids this weekend! Thank you.”
