“we ordered metal candle holders for menorahs we were making in the classroom. The candles did not fit in them. They were too large. When I called customer service I was told that I ordered the cheap ones and the other ones say that candles fit snugly in them. That makes no sense. If you are selling Chanukah candle holders the candles should fit. If not, don't sell them. I bought the other more expensive ones and was told that to get a refund I would need to send the others back but that it wouldn't really make sense to return them because the cost of shipping would be too high. Good customer service would have been to charge me the difference between the two products, to apologize and tell me to keep the original order. This was a very negative experience”

“We used to order on the telephone. People were always friendly and spoke about specials. This order when we called to place it we were told that it had to be ordered on line. Person on the phone was short with us and when you order on line you don't get to see specials. It automatically went to the larger quantity-had to be very aware of the order placement.”
