“I placed an order and received a few of the items but never received the rest - when I called because the email sent to me said my order was complete I was told one item was unavailable and the other would ship soon. Nothing on the one that was suppose to ship and until I asked no email that one item was unavailable. Please let me know when the rest of my order will ship.”

Cynthia Hi, I am very sorry about your bad experience. I looked at your order, and realized that some of the items you ordered were discontinued, and that we forgot to remove them from our website. I apologize for that. Please note that we have not charged you for the items you have not received - but in any case it is disappointing to receive an order were not all the items are available. We do our best to minimize that, and to immediately notify the customer when an item from their order is not available, but since we carry about 4,000 different items it may happen from time to time. “Prices are a little high, and on my last order they didn't let me know there were things that weren't included. They told me on the phone that their supplier in Israel was out of things and didn't tell them. Then they did the same thing to me. I was dissatisfied this time. I give plenty of business to Benny's every year, but I'm considering using a different veneer in the future.”

“did not receive what i ordered... when i call the woman said what i ordered correct wanting to argue ..... there is no substitute ...... she did not offer a return or an apology let alone acknowledge they did not send what a ordered after i thoroughly explained it in a simple way......”
