Dear Lisa, I am sorry for your disappointment. However, you have ordered a "Pre-Order" Item. It is very clear on the website, Instead of having an "Add to Cart" button it has a "Pre-Order" button, and it says the date the item will be in stock. So of course you have not received your order yet, since the item did not arrive here yet. The good news is that it is on the way to us, and we'll ship it out the moment it arrives here! I am very sorry about the delay in your order. We are waiting for the Aron Kodesh you have ordered to come in from our manufacturer. It is made by a carpenter here in New Jersey, and they were short in staff because of the Corona. We should get it in any day now and will immediately ship it to you. “The menorah metal candle bases were delivered in a short period of time and were as pictured and measured from the online source. They are also heavy enough in their construction that they will be able to be used for many years to keep the candle wax from running down the menorah making clean up easier.”
