Actually I give Best Buy a 0. My husband purchased me an refurbished iPad mini for my birthday. It began to crash in two months. I tried to return it in same box and condition, but they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell, and we lost. I wouldn’t shop there because they play the blame game and pass the buck. They passed this off to Apple because they refurbished it.

An Order was placed September 29th 2021 for an iPad Pro 11”, apple AirPods, 2nd generation pencil and an apple case for delivery on the 30th. However, no delivery was made. On September 29th I spoke to an agent Maria Corazon at 12 pm. Agent stated that package was lost and I can get compensated through replacement or refund. I selected refund. On Oct 3rd, I received an email around 9 am stating that due to investigation, there will be no refund. I spoke to Daniela who stated your business said to contact the carrier since they “claimed” the delivery. She then stated that given the new information she would send the information to refund department and stated that I would receive an email within 24 hours which did not happen. On Oct 4th, I spoke to 2 agents including a supervisor who I was transferred to following up on the issue, who then dropped the call at 4:42 pm while I explained the situation. I called the head office in MN at 5:12 in which I spoke to Miguel Guzman stated that he would try his best given the back and forth issue. He also stated that he would try to get my refund and would get back to me after speaking to his team. The line then dropped. Called the head office again, then spoke to Sam who asked company verification questions and later proceeded to read the notes then at 6pm est (their closing time) which is dropped the call. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business. These people do not care about their customers, they only out for your money. Please be careful, DO BOT BUY FROM THEM!

One of the worst experiences ever for delivery of a washer and dryer. All numbers, including service, go to a call center. The appliances are not working and on day two we keep hearing we’re working on it - but still no action. Maytag is no different - gate keepers galore. The only recourse we have is through our CC company - we’ve asked them to reverse payment until the appliances are fixed. An example of the “stellar” install can be seen in the photo. Yep, that’s a gas dryer vent - wonder what the Fire Marshall’s office would say about that?

Don't buy from that store. The company doesn't care about you as a customer. I bought a range kitchen and I expected the delivery for August 18 but it never came. I called customer service and they never attend, the wait is infinitive, I went to the store and David the assistant manager attended me, the store is Hixon's in Chattanooga, he told me he would call me and he did not call me, he did not I solve nothing. I am still three days later without the gas range. I would never buy again in that store, and I would tell all my friends and family not to do it too and save themselves the trouble,

Terrible service in Geek Squad. They are incompetent. I've had my new 1300.00 Dell computer in 4 times and worked online to get my driver (disappearing) adapter fixed. They say it's fixed but only lasts a short time and does in all over again. They willn't refund it or send it out.

I ordered LCD TV through Amazon. Due to personal reasons, I delayed opening it until a week after Amazon's 30-day return window. No damage was noted to the packaging or the TV, but when powered up it had the shattered LCD symptom. Wrote Best Buy twice via Amazon to ask for mercy and got nothing, not even the courtesy of a reply. I now don't trust electronic merchandise via the Amazon marketplace. The lesson is to open any package and check it out immediately upon receipt. The lack of any consideration on the part of BB or Amazon is why I will not be buying Amazon marketplace electronics ever again.

Worst customer service call center ever, agents specialize in disconnecting calls with no call backs, transfers thst lead nowhere when asking for a supervisor. Also I think they teach them all to fight the customers on the phone so they don't call back. I had a washing machine delivered that the sales associate assured me had been inspected and was working properly well day of delivery and guess what it leaks, leaked over my entire laundry room I had to use my own money to repair the damage as Customer service wait for it hung up on me while reporting a in home damage claim priceless. Then I had to fight the insurance company for months to get reimbursed they wouldn't even respond to my calls or emails I had to get a district manager to help and even he couldn't get it resolved. Literally worst Customer service representatives I have ever seen.

LIED ABOUT WHAT I WAS GETTING. Paid for a MacBook Pro 15" with 32GB of RAM and a 1 Terabyte SSD drive. When Apple checked it, it has 16 GB of RAM and 526GB SSD. LIAR LIAR Pants on ... NM FU!

6-15-2021 Best Buy : I have recently had electronics work performed on my two vehicles after I participated in your geek squad yearly program. And to my dissatisfaction there has been several issues that have been very problematic for me including ordering extra unneeded supplies then having to return them, making at least 6-8 different appointments on over a 3 month period for work that should have been performed on just two separate installation jobs, and finally theft of my property from the trunk of my car while in your care. On 3/16/2021 I placed an order online order number bby01-806435868145 and had it delivered to my home. I then set up an installation appt. For Friday 4-2-2021 at 4pm to have it installed. At the time of installation I was notified I may need to make another appt. To finish the install because your system did not allow enough time for the simple install. I said ok but I’d like to get it all done in one appt. The job was completed and I was happy. Then it was suggested to me that I could purchase a yearly geek squad membership that would allow for other installations free for other vehicles I own. I thought it to be a good deal and I joined in on it. I then brought in my dodge pu truck on Thursday 5/20/2021 to have a bass box installed. Additionally I set up an appointment for my Honda car for the day after to have my bass box put in that vehicle. However when I brought my truck in 5/20/2021 I was notified they would need more time so I agreed to use my next day appt set up for my car so my truck could get finished. Then on Friday 5/21/2021 I was notified my truck was mostly done but I would need to bring it in again to install one more amp. I agreed because I wanted to get my things completed. I again made another appt for my truck and when I got it back my phone did not work through my truck stereo to use Apple play. It had worked fine prior to this. I called and made yet another appt and after looking into your tech said” I forgot to hook up the front input jacks in the stereo” and I informed him that my amp cover was left off of my amp under the seat. He then readdressed this issue and was finishing it up when I picked up my truck. Prior to all of these appointments I went in and talked to your tech and we ordered about $1000 worth of parts and speakers for both vehicles. Then I made another appointment to get my car amps and speaker box installed. I brought in several amps I had for use on either of these vehicles and each time everything unused was returned to me until my last appointment with my car. Additionally I had to make 2 more appt to get the work done on my car which included install of the door speakers, bass box and two amps. Then on my last appt for the amp install I was called on Saturday the 12th of June 2021 that the amps I had were not enough power to run my speaker box. I told heime over the phone to use the mtx amp I had or one of the others I brought in. He then said they were not in there. I was confused at this point as to what he was talking about. He suggested I purchase a 4 channel amp he could install somewhere easily. He said it would sound good. I just wanted to get my car done and I didn’t understand just yet what all was going on. So I agreed to just do that and I purchased yet another amp. When I got my car back from your shop 3 of my amps that I brought in were missing. They were there in the trunk of my cat Friday the 11th of June, I even opened the trunk to show the guy everything they could use for the install. He said heime was dealing with it and he would wait for him on Saturday the 12th June when he did the install. I have received nothing but trouble, heartache, and inconvenience from your Springfield Oregon location because of this. I had to make several appt when in fact this should have been a simple 2 appt ordeal. One for my car and one for my truck. I ordered several items then had to return them and buy other things, when it was known ahead of time what I wanted done. And finally my property was stolen out of your shop and I was forced to buy another amp when I had several. So now let this serve as your notice that if I am not reimbursed for my stolen property and the cost of the amp I was forced to buy from you, I will sue Best Buy in court. You have 30 days to respond and make this good or I will litigate this matter. My stolen property was one mtx mono amp with a value around $150, one alpine power mono amp worth around $200, and one Rockford fosgate mono amp worth around $200. Additionally I want to be reimbursed for the amp I was forced to buy from you to complete the install because mine was stolen from your shop. After all this I noticed they broke my cup holder in my truck as well. Thank you Mark Braun

Absolutely the most miserable retail experience of my 63 years. I ordered a refrigerator a month ago. It came damaged. As they could not come back that day, they hooked it up for me to use until they could deliver another. They hooked it up incorrectly and it flooded my kitchen damaging the wood floors. Finally someone came to fix the leak (still no new undamaged refrigerator) and took one look at the hook-up and refused to fix it. After a week, I paid a plumber $150 to stop the leak, since it was so severe, I had to set the alarm to wake up in the middle of the night to empty the bucket. They delivered a replacement- it too was damaged and they never bothered to bring it in. Since then, I have missed 3.5 days of work, waiting for promised pick-ups and deliveries that never came. I have spoken to 9 different people and waited an average of 45 minutes on hold each time. Best Buy has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and no way to escalate a claim. When you call a local store they tell you that they are not accepting calls in person at this time. Today the deliverymen called before they were supposed to (I am a teacher and told them I would not be available until 2PM). They then lied and put on the record that I told them there was nothing to pick up. I NEVER SPOKE TO THEM! All anyone can tell me is that they will schedule another date when I have to stay home and wait for them to not show up a 4th time. No one can help me. I have been credited for the refrigerator and have another company delivering another refrigerator tomorrow. I have no choice but to have this damaged leaking refrigerator put out by the road. This is Best Buy's problem now, not mine. My credit card company has been instructed not to accept any charges from Best Buy. I will never, ever order anything from this company again.

It was Atwater village store, LA. The worst ever ! I had to read these reviews before this happening. I ordered a bunch of appliances , more than $6,000, making a new credit card account to get 10% back for a new credit card customer. It was pretty painful time but I got finally a good price and ordered with the new card. So I've just ordered and they will deliver after several weeks. Bruno helped all these for me. The next day, I got there again to see if I can exchange the refrigerator with the other model , just one out of 6 items. Jonathan was there and Bruno was off that day. Jonathan said it's is possible and did something for this. And then, he said that I can change the fridge but to do so, I have to cancel the previous order and reorder everything. I said OK and thought it would be the quick and simple way for saving our time and systemic efficiency. Definitely I said I made a new credit card 2 days ago and he also saw my card account paper and checked thru his file which was saying that this was the first order of a new card member. This means that he was definitely or should be aware of 10% reward that was my first priority because he is a sales person who is selling this 10% promotion everyday. And Jonathan's attitude was pretty bad keep saying that Bruno ,, bla bla I don't know bla bla. I understood a little, it looks like he was unhappy for other college's job. But I didn't complain for this. Anyway he canceled my first order and made a new order list. Can you imagine what happened next ? He told me that I've also lost my 10% reward and I can't go back to the first order. Now he told me this. He didn't warn me or explain anything before asking if I cancel the first order. I got there to exchange just one of 6 items before the shipping. I didn't even think of canceling-and-reorder method, which he brought up. He definitely knew ( 100 % sure) in advance that I was gonna lose my 10% reward if I was going to go for canceling-and -reorder method. Who wants to lose the 10% back ($600) to just exchange one item's model ? Nobody is an idiot for this thing. I believe that he knew all of these consequences from the beginning and willfully didn't say anything from the beginning. It was impossible not to know I was gonna lose 10% reward , because they are selling every day the-new-creditcard-10%-reward promotion that I couldn't anticipate this result. I don't need to tell the end of this story. As you all imagine he kept saying it was my liability because I agreed to cancel . Of course they didn't apology for his negligence or ignorance. He just kept saying that I cant not go back to the first order now, Never. Where are salesmanship, due care, due diligence in these guys at Atwater store ?

I ordered a crockpot pressure cooker and air fryer combo for 119 on Saturday and was supposed to receive on Monday. Well Monday I get a notice that it will be delayed a couple of days. Then called customer service and they said I needed to call the store that the item was being shipped from. Then called the store to find out that they do not ship anything out of their store. She even looked to see if they even had in stock which they did not even have it in stock so called customer service back to find out they won’t ship it until the 15th of this month. So the advertise online fast free shipping which is a lie. It ships free but you will wait a long time for it when you can get it on Amazon for the same price and is faster then Best Buy. Plus Amazon will have it to you when they say they will. I got more lies and stories then the truth

This review is for Best Buy and it's customer service. I am very disappointed. I submitted my order #BBY01-806397795982 back on 12/17/20 to purchase an Arlo doorbell camera for $99.00, the deal included a smart clock. After a few days, I was told my order would be delayed which I am ok with and was willing to wait. However, what I am not ok with is after the new year I was notified by Best Buy that my order was automatically canceled. After checking the website and finding that the Arlo doorbell I was seeking was in stock but at a higher price, I decided to call Best Buy Customer service for an explanation. The agent had no legitimate explanation and offered no solution to my problem only to say that both he and his supervisor could not reinstate the order. In the past, I have never had a bad experience with Best Buy. I always received what I ordered and this was what I was seeking when I made the call. In my opinion, this is bait and switch at its best. It's very unfortunate because as a customer trying to buy from local businesses, I am being snubbed from a legitimate purchase at the expense of a company seeking to beef up it's bottom line vs. customer satisfaction. Well, this dissatisfied customer will not be making purchases from Best Buy anytime soon.

Wanted to purchase an insignia wine fridge. Original price was 599.99. It was completely sold out in store and online. I found a satisfactory open box open in Georgia. I paid for it online for 509.00 (total 635.00). When I picked it up it was completely packaged (couldn't check it). When I got home and opened the item the sticker was listed for 479. So was over charged. I attempted to reach out via phone and the agent was so rude. She said I would have to bring it back to Georgia so they can see the price. Then put me on hold when I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I emailed customer service with the order receipt and a picture of the sticker price with the sku with lower price. My purchase, call and first email was 9/5. Today I get a response from best buy customer service. The new price for the item is now listed for 449. And 79 for the warranty (vs 89). I paid more money for an open box. The first email agent that responded me back tells me I can return it and get a price match of 381 for the satisfactory open item. I email back asked if we can avoid having to go to the store. Then get a response back from a different agent saying I can't get the 381 price. Then a response back completely contradicting that. Then a 3rd agent emails me back saying sorry no price match. I email back and again to no avail. Feeling completely defeated and I am just returning the item all together. If I can make the purchase electronically why not fix this, honor what the first agent said and provide a refund for the difference. I drove to another state for this cause there was no option to purchase online or near by. Nothing but frustration. I've never dealt with this at Amazon. I should have just purchased from them. Sorry and saddened as this ends my relationship with Best Buy and I will advocate that to family and friends.

Beware of scam and fraud from bestbuy online order! I got scammed from Bestbuy online order. Bose soundbar 700 ordered bestbuy online, delivered empty box, soundbar was replaced and swapped with some sort of vinyl tiles inside to trick and cheat the weight of product! Called and claimed bestbuy, and 3 weeks past, still not solving the issue, no email reply, no call back whatsoever! I even went store to talk about it, they just told me to wait. So disgusting how bestbuy handle this problem. Hope Bestbuy check this, resolve this fraud.

We purchased a $600.00 LG television from Best Buy less than a year ago. When we moved I decided to move the television in my car so that it would not get damaged. After only going a couple of blocks I took the tv out of my car plugged it in the wall and noticed my tv was damaged. I didn’t drop it nor bump it into anything. I was like no problem because it’s still under warranty and we have an extended warranty. I was angry when I was told by both Best Buy and LG that my warranties didn’t cover my television. We have purchased our last 3 televisions from Best Buy but never again will I ever give them my business again!!!
