“Ordered Angel Wings, which due to Royal Mail they "lost" in their tracking system. BestGift sent with out any fuss a replacement straight away. A test of a good company is how they deal with problems-they passed. Royal Mail failed abysmally.”

“I bought the White and Pink Ice Watch form the Best Gift Company last September (2012) and it is absolutely fantastic! Every second of my experience shopping with the Best Gift Company website was a dream: from the stylish, user friendly layout to the fantastic, personal, customer service I received. The delivery was prompt, well packaged and exactly as you would expect and it was the same high quality service when I sent my wonderful watch, through them, to have a routine service - I sent it to them and it was returned, sparkling, within a fortnight. You could not ask for more; high quality item, prompt delivery and fantastic, personal, customer service - it is nice to know that I can contact real people at the Best Gift Company rather than tiresome automated responses. Fabulous!”

“Ordered a bracelet for my husband, very pleased with product and arrived within one day of ordering. Only slight gripe is that it said Best Gift Company on the package, just glad my husband didn't find the post first. Maybe a back sticker might be better.”
