“Do not book flights this scam of a website !!!!! Besticketfare.com They will give a price online, once booked someone will call you to tell you this is a promotional price no changes or seat or bags can be added to this price, then they will try and try to find u a ticket that is triple what you paid that will allow you to pick your seats and add bags at additional prices making your flight in total more than advertised and more than the actual airline. Once you tell them to cancel the reservation since no ticket has been issued or email has been received they tell you that they have a confirmation and ticket information and you will lose all your money or you will get a voucher from the airline .... mind you no ticket or confirmation was issued. This web site is a scam don't do it !!!! Now am fighting with my bank to have the money refunded back to me since i don't have a ticket information or confirmation and they refused to cancel it ... Scammer theft, horrible customer service.”
“Worse than a scam. I booked 2 plane tickets with them last Sunday. I immediately received a copy of what I booked and their ID number for the booking. The next day they call me and tell me I can't bring a carry on and my official airline booking would be had in a few hours. The next day I still didn't hear from them so I called and they said the would get back to me in an hour. I never heard from them again so I cancelled my mastercard before they could charge it. These folks should be in jail as I was lucky to make my plans in time going directly to the airlines.”
“SUCH A SCAM!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before booking because they absolutely just pretend to book you a guaranteed price and then do everything they can to scam you out of more money. They clearly get irritated when you mention reaching out directly to the airline to confirm details. The customer service individuals I spoke to were some of the rudest people I have ever come across in my life and I was nicely just trying to figure out the best plan forward. “WOW! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am in the middle of the scam, working with my bank now. I purchased the ticket, within 24 hrs they called, telling me I needed to upgrade or not fly with any, repeat ANY bags. No check-in or carry on bags. But, they would allow me to add a bag for $300 more.”

“Its a SCAM! I called after I purchased several tickets to Europe to confirm reservations, when all the stuff NEVER mentioned anywhere where causally being mentioned. First, you will sit where ever, flights time's and departure/destinations can be changed and the biggest shocker was the 6lbs bags per traveler, which can not be upgraded. All of this could be changed for an additional $500 per traveler of course.
I hope you are reading this, before you decide to purchase your tickets through them. They should be regulated, if nothing else, forced to disclose this information.”

“This company is Straight BS. I booked a flight for me and my kids. I've got a call like they said they would call me back. So when I was talking to them they said I had to upgrade a ticket to even get a checked bag in so they tired to charge additional 800$ for upgrading a ticket then additional 60$ to get a check bag. Bag so they booked me for just me and my two kids not even for a carry on or nothing. So the total for the new ticket would've been almost 1500$ I'm like BS. So when I got off the phone with them. So they tried to take 794$ out my checking account.cause I dont keep money in my checking not unless I'm getting ready to buy something. But something told me to put it back into my savings luckily Idid cause they tried to still take money even though i hung up on them”
