“Scammer!!! They will say they have your booking and will say the booking was canceled. SO YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE! YOU KNOW THERE NATIONALITY WHEN YOU HEAR IT RUN AWAY!”

“Company sucks, they keep debiting my account NEVR sent tix, DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! POSPOSPOSPOSPOSPOSPOSPOS. I'm gonna find them & hurt them.”

“Purchased tickets at a set price in April of 2021 and then after paying that price was contacted at a later date stating those particular tickets were no longer available and that we needed to pay an additional amount. We did so and then due to covid we were not able to make the trip to Hawaii. We contacted Best Airfares and they stated we needed to pay an additional $100 per ticket to cancel (which we purchased 9) so a total of $900 additionally and that they would refund a portion of our money and we would then have a credit for flights at a later time that had to be used within 24 months. I called for use of said credit in Feb 2023 and they stated I only had one year to use it, which is totally incorrect as I write everything down and I have notes on all conversations. This company is a scam!”

“-10 . Horrible. I honestly think that the positive reviews are fake. My experience was EXACTLY like the other negative reviews. The calling with original tickets not available then twice more expensive options. Every single time I called they would say they would call back and NEVER followed through. Avoid the hassle and frustration and don't bother using this company. .”

“RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...... If it was possible to give a -10, I would. This company is a complete SCAM!!! The night before my flight, I kept wondering why I wasn't getting a text to "check in" so I called United. United cancelled my tickets and I find out about it at 9 pm the evening before my morning flight. This was a work trip I HAD to go on leaving 11/26/22. So, after two hours of fighting with United, they rebooked me at the same rate I paid this crappy company, "Best Airfares." Oh, and by the way, United told me that this is actually a travel agency known as "Easy Peasy Travel" - https://easypeasytravels.com/ - dear God, don't ever use them. They never told me that they were a travel agency. They sent the money to United for my tickets, and now United won't give me my money back after multiple attempts. I was told to simply "fill out a refund form online but that my tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable and that it likely wouldn't happen. This despicable company charged me $389 for their "fee." A few days after booking my ticket, the person I spoke to on the phone was texting me asking for me to send her a good review because her boss needed it to give her a promotion. She practically begged me. I knew that then that something was amiss and that's when I started digging into this company but was assured that my tickets were legit and I did have a valid confirmation number - I checked. After which point, United saw them as a scam and that is why they cancelled my tickets. What a NIGHTMARE. Just book on Google Flights from now on, pay the money and you won't have any trouble. Never again. That was $400 down the drain.”

“Watch out!! They are Scammers!! They promise me 4 tickets for a very reasonable price. I paid for them and immediately after I completed the sale, entering all my personal, private and credit card information, they sent me an email saying my ticket was processing. 2 seconds after that my phone rang and there they were saying that the tickets was sold out, however they were offering me an option to upgrade for an extra $2,000!!! Unbelievable!!!! I would NEVER have entered my information if I knew they didn't have the tickets for that price. I tried to talk to the manager and he told me that their system can't keep up with the overload of sales and it takes a while to update the system. And that he was doing me a favor by offering a discounted ticket to me. WOW!! As if as he was doing me a favor!!!! The supervisor treated me with no respect and I don't wish that to anybody! He talked over me and hung up on my face! He said his name is Allen Bott.”

“United airline says I'm not eligible for a refund and tells me to contact the agency that sold me the flight so I can get credit and rebook. I don't understand why you did that to me if everything was already paid for, you are extortionists and they just want to steal money from customers and they weren't able to communicate with me and let me know what was happening!!!”

“This seems like a scam. We made 2 different reservations on this website for the first time, and within 30 minutes got a phone call that those cheap seats have been sold out by the airline, and that the only options they had were significantly more expensive, or we could change airports or add stops. Ridiculous. Worse yet, they still have those seats available on their website, 24 hours later, when they know that they are not available. Waste of time!”

“Bestairfares.com is a scam, they lure you in with good prices but then find excuses on why they cannot honor the price and try to get you to upgrade to other flights that are much more expensive. Customers beware. On 9/14/22 I purchased 4 non stop flight from their website for $507 per person from RDU to Cancun via American Airline. I went through the entire purchase process with all passenger info and credit card, the website never said anything about tickets not being available. After everything went through I got a call from bestairfares they cannot give me the tickets at this price because AA only has one ticket left at this price, so my option is to either pay over $5000 for 4 to keep the same flight or change to 1 stop flight round trip on delta for a little under $3000 for 4. Either option is acceptable to me. They kept making excuses on how it is not their fault, because AA increased their price, and kept trying to sell me the much higher cost tickets. After talking to both the rep and the supervisor and both giving me the same excuses then trying to force me to buy the higher price tickets I just asked them to cancel my transaction. It took them a while to cancel but in the meantime they continued to try to sell me the higher cost tickets, I was so irritated and fed up with them. It was such a waste of my time. I finally realized they were just a scam, luring you in with lower ticket prices they do not intend to honor then trying to sell you much higher cost tickets to “resolve” the issue. Do not fall for them, book your tickets elsewhere.”

“scam.... low prices, you book and they send you a processing email..... never a confirmation. a week later i contacted them and they stated the prices have gone up over $100 and new price now. will not honor the price quoted. then try to make you pay the higher price”

“Unethical Business Practices If I could give less than a rating of 1 I would. This company uses the "bait and switch" tactic of luring you in with false discounted rates then telling you that the rate is "no longer available." They also populate websites with fake positive ratings to increase their overall rating. Read the possitive ratings and notice the broken English. BUYER BEWARE!”
