“The shiping and service is the worst i have seen. I ordered a bag on the 1st of June, on the 2nd it had already shipped.it arrived in my country on the 11th. On the 12th, the tracking was showing that the carrier tried to deliver and informed me, but i was unreachable. I was however at home all day, and had no missed calls on my phone. Ever since then, i have contacted them and asked for a local tracking no (they use Post AT ro deliver, and Post AT works through its colaborators to deliver to specific countries). They were answering my emails and phone calls, but did nothing to help. EVERYDAY SINCE, i have contacted the local carrier, Post AT (no answer to several mails) and bestsecret to tell them i am not being contacted and to try to get the correct tracking number so that i can even pickup the parcel myself. To no avail. They said they are contacting Post AT at one point. The local carrier could not find me by name or by address in their system. I will to tell the full story here, but know that EVERYDAY SINCE THE 11 UNTILL THE 18 OF JUNE i tried to get my parcel delivered. Then i see the status changed and that my parcel is being returned to them because i was not reachable. You could imagine i flipped. Sent an email (5th email to best secret, 2 calls as well), and they tell me that the carrier is returning the parcel because i am not reachable!!! Can you imagine that...i was calling everyone all week to get my parcel delivered, never left home, asked them to check my address and my phonenumber twice, and i was not reachable. Furthermore, they tell me that the parcel cannot be sent again because i was not reachable, and that they will refund my money one month after the parcel reaches them. It s a scam to get your money, don t order from them.”
